Hello All!
Not sure I've seen this issue posted... Have Bronco 2023 BadLands 4 dr purchased Sept23. Since day 1- have not been able to make or receive calls from my cell phone. I get major loud static and can barely hear the other person. Radio pre-sets don't work. I've hard re-set many times and called Ford Support. Dealer is stumped too... Ready to have them rip out the FordSync system...

Anyone else with same issue? Any thoughts?
Thanks!!!

I have the same rig and don't have any problems with my Android phone (either this one or the previous one). Are you able to connect your phone to do anything else? E.g., play music over Bluetooth, connect via Android Auto? That'll help you determine if it's a problem with the phone overall, or just with calling.

I have a simular problem with my 2024 Wildtrack. The bluetooth connects so I can play youtube videos or llisten to spotify, but if i go to a voice chat on any social media apps (facebook, whatsapp) it does not work.

I’ve had zero issues. 23 Badlands 2 door. Android set up and working almost a year. No radio or tuning issues. I have heard of some problems with others, and they worked themselves out. I hope you get it resolved, I’m sure it is so frustrating.

Thanks All!! first I had typo in my post....I have the Big Bend 4 Dr (my 1st choice was Bad Lands!!) Sasquatch. It's an awesome vehicle and can't wait to go off-roading. As a follow - up... broke down and took it to nearest Ford Dealer. They've had it for 3 days w/ nothing yet. I asked to switch out entire Ford Sync system. Let's see what happens.

Thanks DV! yes - very odd thing is I get Texts, phone list is visible, and can play music. But the phone is just very loud static. Tried another cell phone (Android) and same thing. Its w/ dealer now...

Thanks very much!! Service bulletin looks pretty technical and beyond my expertise. It's with dealer now. I've spent so much time on this with Ford customer support and many re-sets. Let's see what happens. Crazy frustrating!!

I haven't had this but occasionally ( cell phone only) the audio is choppy and terrible like cheap useless kids walkie takies that don't work 2 feet apart.-22 OBX

Hello All.
So as follow up to my Big Bend Sasquatch phone issue.... brought it to my local Ford Dealer 2nd time. They had it 3 days and told me it was "fixed". But when I got it, nothing changed.

It looks like the Ford Techs used an iPhone as I noted it had been paired to the Bronco and iPhone does work. But I have a Moto G7 + very new G32 model and it does not work. I get high static noise with the G7 and nothing/no noise with the G32...it automatically hangs up. My wife's Samsung phone works so it not just the Android system.

Googled issue re: Android Phone and car connectivity. It seems there are very few Ford models that Android system works. My other (not a Ford) car works fine with Moto phone. I've left it as is and now switch off Bluetooth when in Bronco and take calls via speaker. I would welcome any thoughts/ideas...
