What's There To Do In Detroit?

I'm heading to the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan next week and was wondering if any of the "locals" could suggest places I should check out, apart from the show. Museums, galleries, bars, clubs, restaurants, microbreweries, and architectural or historical sites are of particular interest. Do any Bronco Nation members care to weigh in on what I "must-see" or "must do" while I'm in town?

I've only been in Detroit in the dead of winter, so it will be a different experience for me this time around. 😎

I will be snapping away like mad when I get there. 😝

My hope is that by attending the show during the week, I’ll have a clear “shot” at the subject matter. And with less foot traffic, I hope to avoid the dreaded “Penguin Walk” between displays.

I’m actually okay in crowds. I dig the communal vibe, but it does test your patience when you’re trying to get that “perfect” shot. 📸 🚙
