Can FORSCAN increase top speed?

Why do you need to increase your speed? Planning on robbing a bank, or trying to set a land speed record?

I think they govern these vehicles because AT and MT tires usually dont have a speed rating that high. and I don't think a box with that high of a profile will do much more than 107 MPH, due to the amount of HP needed to overcome wind resistance.

I was curious, down home there's a back road stretched for miles and I did a test.
