Does anyone have one of the above coolers? I have been looking at the 25L, 36L, and 46L. We are on the list to get a new puppy in December. Going to make our own food, of which will be kept frozen. So, want something to take on trips that will handle frozen foods. It appears this is the latest model. Said requires less energy, has tech. that will not drain your truck battery if left on, better insulation. I also see Dometic has a portable battery pack that says it will run these for about 72 hours +/-.

Any pros/cons appreciated. If you have a different brand would like to hear about it as well.

Thanks,
Dave

I have 2 versions of them and the battery. Love them. Not cheap but dont have any issues at all. I brought the covers, just for added protection and all.

What ones do you have? I'm curious about the size and how much you can carry.

Got the 35 and the 75. Both carries a lot, and I thought about the 100, but I like the duel zone so when I go out of state, I can freeze one side and keep things cold in the other. I got the 35 for like daily/weekend trips and the big one for weekly. Let me tell you, both are heavy, even when theres nothing in it, but they are built to last, keep things at temp, and you can control it all by phone. Their battery is $$$ but the damn thing will last yeah, and what’s nice is you can plug in the back, then run the cord to the cooler. So you keep the battery and cooler running while ya driving. I’m guessing they all do that. But tho Dometic isn’t cheap, I have no regrets on either one of them.

Thanks for responding. I saw the battery was around $350 for the small on, said it would last 72 hours. Does the 35 have dual temps?
