I've seen several inquiries in lately about folks wondering how to better control the annoying auto stop-start feature on the Bronco. Some folks just ignore it .... some folks just routinely press that button during every start up action, as necessary/desired ... but some folks (myself included) just really want that feature in a static position and preferably OFF.

After checking out several online products, I eventually bought this unit on sale a few months back in Amazon for around $50.

It works great, installs in under 2 minutes, comes out even quicker, and it doesn't affect warranty.

I'm sure it will be deeply discounted again for a Black Friday sale next month.

Let me know your thoughts on how you handle auto stop-start and if you have a better solution.

I just hit the button or use sport mode. I already have my Wolfbox on the OBDII port and a redarc brake controller under the dash in the other connection.

Thanks. I understand your dilemma and the choice you made. And it is entirely true that Sport mode resolves the question, but for other folks that have the ability to tap into the OBD still, ... unless they *want to be* in 4WD mode, ... they'd still have to press yet another button to get back to 2H. šŸ˜‰

Ain't a solution for everyone, I know.
