Has anyone else had issues with Bronco spark plugs? According to dealership the tip of one of my spark plugs “broke off”. The dealership confirmed that there was no damage to the inside of the engine block, however advised the spark plugs are on back order. It has been over 2 weeks since I have dropped my car off to the dealership. The service manager at the dealership has been seemingly very transparent and has kept me up to date with the information he has, but has no clue when he will be able to get the spark plugs. Car is a 2025 2.3 SAS with 9,000 miles.

Hi there. I’d like to assist with your concern. Could you please send us a DM with your VIN and mileage so I can look into this further?

Update: there was in fact damage to the block, they are now waiting on a new engine.
