Bronco sport towing question

I got a bronco sport big bend model. It doesnt have the tow package so I had a hitch installed. Can I still pull a trailer with it without doing damage to anything? I never towed anything before and I dont want to buy a trailer and realize I cant pull it like I could If I bought the tow package bronco sport.

As long as you’ve got the wiring and everything set up correctly you should be good to go!

I agree, If you got the proper wiring, hardware, etc, the rest is just practice, especially if you’re by yourself or dealing with someone that doesnt know how to back someone up with a trailer. Check out the BN video on towing, yes, it is a bronco and not a sport, but still gives good info. I’m sure there are tons of towing on the internet too.
