I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Whenever I get in my car, a random AM radio station is on (or it comes on as 0 in SiriusXM). The station that I left it on when I turned off the car does not come on when I start it. The screen will sometimes freeze also when I start my car. I tried resetting, etc. Has anyone else experienced these problems?

That's a terrible idea, when do we start?

Seriously, you said you tried "resetting"? Which procedure did yo use? Did you try disconnecting the batter for a few minutes?

😄 Guess I'm old school, but I do like listening to SiriusXM. I tried a "reset" that someone suggested...holding down the "volume" and "skip forward" buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. I will try the battery suggestion though...thank you!

Sirius isn't the"radio" (FM or AM) in my mind. Hopefully the battery trick will work for you. Be sure to leave it disconnected for like 10 minutes before you reconnect it.

Recently had the same problem and took to the dealer. They had a Sync update that they were able to install. Fixed my issues.

Thank you so much…I’m bringing it to the dealer next Friday so I’ll mention that. Hopefully that will be it!

Thank you very much for reaching out! I actually brought it in to my local Ford dealer and it was an easy fix...there was an update that had to be done. All is great again!
