Looking for a little more detail on the X-plan possibility. Assuming I'm working with a dealer that honors this program, does my BN membership here check the requirements box? Or is there some other club / organization I must join? Or do some dealers just decide to offer X-plan, especially with inventory starting to accumulate?
Sorry if this was spelled out already, but was not clear from my reading of the article.

X plan is not a discount but a msrp cap. No ADM.
They shot themselves in the foot with such a large increase.Any advantage they had over the Wrangler is gone.
You might be able to get X plan through MCA, but stock holder X plan is long gone. Fools.

X plan is a program discount. It is adjusted off of the invoice not the MSRP. There two types of X plan from what I can gather. The first is the friends and family X plan that you get when someone who is either employed or retired from Ford get you a pin. The second is the Ford partner X plan given to employees of Ford partners.
For instance, the MSRP of my Bronco was 46195.00, the invoice was 45043.68, and the X plan price was 45138.51.

X plan is the same. Doesn't matter if its "Friends and/or Family" or if your employer is a Ford Partner.
This is what dealers have to go off of. X plan is taxed not MSRP. Yes they can mark this up with accessories or accessories added by the customer is added to the X plan.

Dealer accessories added at the dealership are not counted in the X plan but factory options are. Factory invoice include all factory options added at the time of the build but not dealer accessories. Also, Ford controls both, the Invoice and the X plan program. It can vary per vehicle because current economic factors apply, (supply and demand for instance), as illustrated by the invoice you show and the prices I showed. (Yours shows a difference of basically 3 dollars over invoice and mine was almost 100 over invoice). I have also read on Ford sites that there is a difference between Friends and Family X plan and Ford partners X plan.

I work at a dealer.
X plan and X plan partners are the same price. There is no special pricing for each one. X plan is X plan no matter how you get the plan. Also yes X plan is up to 100 over invoice on almost every vehicle not every single one.
Dealer invoiced accessories and adding accessories are two different things.
Dealer installed options (DIO) they are shipped to the dealer separate and Ford covers the installation.
That is different than adding them once the Bronco (or Ford vehicle) are here and that's up to the dealer or while the customer is sitting at the desk and wants to add (for example) floor matts, winch, lighting or whatever they want their dream bronco to look at. That gets added to the X plan price. Dealers cannot add for example a ADM fee because of the market. It has to be an added accessory or something actually itemized.

So, to clarify, we are both saying basically the same thing in different ways. just a question and I mean no offense by it, but are you in sales at the dealership? You seem to be and also thank you for the clarification on the two X plans. I've wondered how that would work with the X plan price already on the invoice. As far as options are concerned, if they are listed on the invoice they are included when Ford sets the X plan price but DIOs not included on the invoice of the vehicle are not as well as accessories a customer wants added at the time of the sale. Also, Ford decides which vehicles are eligible for the X plan. Dealers have no input on that correct? Am I also correct that dealers have the option to accept X plan pricing and sometimes sell vehicles below invoice which nullifies X plan pricing? What do you mean an ADM fee? I am unfamiliar with that. I do know that dealers do add to MSRP or upcharge in certain circumstances especially when supply doesn't meet demand which was the case for the Bronco when it came out as well as Shelby Mustangs.

Yes, I am in sales. I am their Bronco Specialists. I'm just a girl who fell in love with the brand lol.
X plan is a formula Ford uses. Every vehicle is a little different its based by MSRP. I've tried figuring it out but I haven't been able to lol.
If the vehicle has DIO accessories it is configured in your X plan price.
Dealers do not have any say in what vehicles get X plan and which ones don't. That is 110% by Ford. They give us a list of vehicles that qualify or do not qualify. The ones that don't are really Ford performance, Limited editions and some of the electrics we were not allowed to use them for a while but I think some of that has lifted. Now its up to that dealer if they want to ignore that and sell below that anyway. But they loose allocation and money and that's up to that dealer and the list can go on about that.
Now dealers cannot pick what we can offer x plan on but we can choose to accept or deny A/Z/X/D pricing. My dealer being in Michigan we are a huge employee/friends/partner pricing. We accept them if its eligible on that vehicle if we don't word of mouth travels fast lol.
ADM is Additional Markup Fee. So you are correct. Some dealers took advantage of only having a few vehicles and they set the price. I'm not going to get into it much because it only stirs the pot. But having a plan avoids issues like that.
