Seems like a lot of people are upgrading the speakers. Do they suck that bad?

speaker upgrades could make a big difference for reasonable investment. I suppose its all a matter of your personal needs when driving with the top off.

That's pretty funny! I'm a BIG JEEP fan and have owned 9 over the years. Picked up my 4DR Eruption Green Outer Banks yesterday and love it. Combing this forum for great ideas and advice. I really like what Ford did here and it will certainly force JEEP to up their game and innovate a bit more on the Wrangler (& other vehicles). I wouldn't count them out just yet.

Was there a stock amp in the right rear panel? My aftermarket accessories shop said it may come with a stock amp. They haven't seen a Bronco yet so they didn't know if that was only for the B&O set up.

The rears sound like a transistor radio alone.
The dash are fine if your not particularly music friendly. But they really lack instrumental & vocal quality. The base is fine from the kick panels, but nothing to write home about.
I chose what I chose because of familiarity with Alpine quality. It was just a little under $200 bucks with the 4 speakers & 4 Ford connector adapters.

I was just looking at some two-way 4" Alpine Speakers yesterday. They had two styles, a low profile set and a regular one. Which speakers did you install? Did you change out the center speaker?

They are every where! And some look really angry (that angry bird thang).
