Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

it actually wasn’t that bad. I bought the truck bed kit from custom coat off Amazon came with the gun. Taped the glass and weather stripping off, cleaned the top with Acetone then Alcohol and shot it with 2.75 cans of the coating. I have one can left I was thinking of shooting my fender flairs but I need to make sure I can get replacements in case I booger them up. I started taping the top off at 6:30pm last Sunday and had three coats laid down and eating dinner by 10:00pm then let them sit in the garage to bake for a week.

so you only rub it down with acetone and then alcohol, no light sanding prior to cleaning?

Yeah, I just washed it with dawn dish soap then cleaned/dried it really well then Acetone then Alcohol. I figured the existing texture would give something for the liner to grab on to. I was afraid of sanding on the top for fear I would sand right through the layers. it is super thin. and this stuff sticks to everything even the bottoms of my shoes. I will let you know how it holds up, we are leaving for Durango Colorado on saturday and will spend at least 3 days riding trails.

Thanks and please do let us know how it holds up over time. My MIC top is still in decent condition, only a few very small cracks under the rear side windows, so I have a little time. As you know Ford recalled MIC tops up to 2022 models. I’ve head rumors that all MIC tops might be recalled by the end of the year so I’m kinda waiting to see what develops there before I take your route. But again, I really like the looks of how yours turned out. Good job!!

Drone shot.. She got pretty muddy later in the day. Surprised there was that much mud since it’s been pushing 100 degrees both days I’ve been here so far.

I pulled the trigger on the Builtright rear molle panel for the passenger side. I already had the driver side panel and really like the secure extra storage space.

CO OBX 2dr. 2.7l, 4.27 rear locker, tow, Lux, Aux switches, roof rails, Roast Leather. 7/14/20 res, 1/30/21 order.
12/13/21 build week. Blend date 12/16/21 Built 12/29/21 Brought home 1/1/22

Then I pulled off MOAR DOORS. 🤪 I highly recommend trying it if you have not.. the doors are not mega heavy.

Had the Ford Performance Tune flashed with the ProCal 4 and adjusted tire size to my 35x11.5R17's..

My birthday is coming up and my son said he ordered me this for my Bronco:

Between the tune and the cold air intake, I should see some improvement in performance...

Installed the Turbosmart BOV (Blow Off Valve) to replace the factory diverter that's plastic.. 3 bolts, 1 plug, 5 minutes = Done!

I'm looking forward to hearing your impressions.

I had my eyeball on the 8112 DSA+ that @TK1215 haz but it's waaaaay out of my price range. My bank account would probably call the police on me if I ordered it...

I'll def report back after I get the kit and have it installed. I also have an Icon adjustable rear track bar that I need to get slapped on so I will probably do it at the same time..
