Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

My Bronco will never be spiffy clean and / or to a 'mall crawler' (no offense to mall crawlers / mall queens) clean standard as it's out 4 wheeling every few weeks but I am a bad Bronco owner. The entire body (and wheels) are pinstriped galore, it has dirt and dust in places inside that can never be reached and it only occasionally gets sprayed down at a coin operated type of car wash..

I scheduled my Bronco (no name) for a spa day to get detailed and clay bar'd next week.. Maybe they can get some of the pin striping out and I am positive they can get it much cleaner on the interior than I ever can or will..

My wheels are a lost cause as they'd need to be powder coated to get all the cuts and gouges out of them. Not a big deal as a few weeks after it's spa day, the Bronco will be filthy again... LOL

Enjoy your Spa Day Bronco!

Nice!

That's about what I have now after 2 1/2" lift in the front and 1" in the rear. I do have a winch, winch plate and an ARB dual up front that caused additional rake..

I put it to work for the day dragging fallen timber out of the trails at the family property. Right about 2 cords worth!

I waited until today and removed the complete softtop…. Boy was that a treat…. Obtw… if anyone knows how to reverse the condition where your biceps drain into your stomach, please let me know. I think i figured out today where my gut came from.

Hauled 2 bags of quickcrete home from the store. Was too lazy to unhook the trailer and take the old work truck. Seemed easier just to throw them in the bronco since I only needed two.

Had a chance to install a set of Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 coilovers on the Bronco this last weekend. https://eibach.com/product/E86-35-0...hul_QyM8JOvAsqCAtsYkOj5lskImhafUao6Wfd3npayQr

I was really getting tired of hitting everything along the bottom and I was starting to get a little fluid seepage out of the original Bilsteins. It was definitely time to get something new. When my friend @BroncOitis offered his help with the install, I jumped at the opportunity. He had just did the same install a few weeks prior and his advice and tips on how to do things was a huge help. I also installed a Zone UCA just in case there might be some alignment issues with the lift. I have an alignment scheduled for next Wednesday so hope all goes well.

So far I have a tad under 2" lift in the front and slightly less in the rear. I'm trying to put some miles on it so everything settles prior to the alignment. I think I have some adjustment to do in the rear yet. Probably try to even them out right to left and also lower them slightly so I get less rake. I tried to find a good "before picture" but couldn't find anything comparable. Here's the after picture.

Now you need to add a track bar relocation bracket and a adjustable bar to get your axle centered and geometry corrected.

The relocation bracket came in today and I don't believe you need the adjustable bar if you get the relocation bracket. Not sure if I'll get it on this weekend or not.

You probably don’t NEED one but I’ll bet your body is off center to the axle. Mine was 3/8” off with bracket and no lift on a Sasquatch.

Why would you use one with no lift? The pan hard is specifically an exact length to place the axle approximately center without a lift.... The relocation bracket would simply move your axle to the passenger side (about 3/8"- just a guess) if you did not lift it. The idea of the relocation bracket is to restore the axle location and the pan hard movement along the arc to close to the original location after a 2 to 2.5 inch lift.

You want your pan hard or track bar as parallel to the ground as possible to minimize and balance your lateral axle movement upon suspension movement. My bar was far from parallel and I needed an adjustable one to center my axle on the body after the relocation bracket was installed. I never checked the centering of the axle before I started, but I like i said, I wanted my bar as parallel as possible. Did you know Ford uses the same bar for ALL Bronco models except maybe the Raptor?

I needed an adjustable bar on my Mustang for the same reason except it was lowered, even though it was indeed offset from the factory. Thinking they all are. A must for maximizing wheels and tires on my Boss.

Honestly, I never paid attention to whether my panhard bar was parallel to the ground until I lifted it. I'm not surprised that they use the same bar on all models which explain how they aren't level on the Sasquatch equipped Broncos.
