What did you do to your Bronco today?

Went out for a 3 day - 2 night camping and off road trip.

So the lake level dropped super early and super fast this year, the boat house is almost dry and I was in a bind, boat had to come out. Usually that doesn't happen till October. My truck was 100 miles away, the boat ramp 2 miles away, I only had the Bronco on hand. The only hitch I could scrounge was way too short to clear the spare tire so it had to go, but I made it happen. 5,000lb+ boat, the Bronco pulled it up the ramp no problem and made it a couple miles to park till I can get back with the truck to tow it to winter storage. No way I would tow this boat any further with this Bronco, especially since the trailer brakes are out.

Played around with the lighting in Adobe Light Room and came up with a cool looking photo of my Bronco from my last off-road trip.

Gave it a bath in prep for the ford only car/truck show this weekend.As you can see I didn’t detail it yet figured I’d wait till closer to the weekend before cleaning the rims and tires better.

Also, I found her first Alabama pin stripe. Right on the drivers door. Oh well. Guess that’s over with now.

What sort of Horsepower gains are you looking at? Torque #'s? And you are up way too early.......

Looks stronger than the stock tie-rods.

Spent most of today cleaning & servicing our Bronco. After 2 1/2 days of Super Cel West off-roading - She was real dirty, both engine & cabin air filters were sick!

I’m doing every other oil & filter charge myself. Interesting when dealership changes our oil it takes 6qts with a little over-fill on the dipstick, when I do it, Bronco’s happy to take 7qts that’s right on the dipstick’s marker.

Skids have several new character marks, and got hung up once on passenger side rear lower control’s rear mount, No damage though.

Did find small oil leak at the steering rack motor’s case gasket. No worries,
will have dealership check it next service.
