So stopped by HF yesterday and they had the Badland Apex on display just as I walk in the front door. Sign said "LIQUIDATION SALE" , so it's almost like they knew I drove a Badland and was coming in today . I take a look then go around to get what I came for , which was heat shrink ,wire loom and some other small electrical items that HF always has the best deals on. Then I see the "Apply and get 10% OFF EVERYTHING TODAY". OK , how do they know I just installed a winch mount last week ? This is getting spooky. So the Mgr walks by and I ask if that's the best deal for the winch and he says unless you're ex-military or a senior citizen. I love it when a plan comes together ...

Which winch mount did you go with? Do you have adaptive cruise control? (looks high enough not to interfere with that).

Edit: actually now that I walked out and looked, it seems to be where the ACC is located, I was thinking of my F-150 maybe???

LOL - That's quite the skid pile!! While visiting RCI, I asked about blue loctite. Scott suggested no thread lock, but using an anti-seize instead. I'm using this high temp copper based version. Probably don't need high temp, it's what I have on-hand to use on rifle barrel mounts.

Gotta say these skid bolts torque up nicely with this stuff though. Keep your impact driver bats fresh - You're good to go..

Went to the hills with a group with the purpose of splashing through puddles. Especially a group three of them in a row. Lots of pics and vids were taken here's a few pics. I tell ya, that HOSS 3.0 is all it's cracked up to be. It gets to just floating over the pot holes and rocks when you up the speed a little. ;)

Installed an ARB air compressor with the Grimm Offroad engine bay mount. Not a bad install at all, but I had to remove the passenger side hood strut to make it fit.

Tested out my new EZ Flate 4-tire system with the ARB compressor. Filled all 4 37” tires from 15 to 34 psi in 6 minutes 20 seconds. I went with the coil system so it’s easier to store.

It looks like I purposely color matched the air hoses with my Velocity Blue Bronco and Amber Heretic lights. Gosh, what a coincidence. 😏
