After three years and 21,000 miles of fun, I took another leap. My 2023 Black Diamond Sasquatch was a great vehicle and a lot of fun to drive. My sales guy told me a few months ago that he had a White/Red 60th Anniversary Bronco and a Black/Red Bronco Raptor coming in July. He said he would let me know when they came in. I had all but forgotten about it since I really wasn't looking to trade.
Well, as promised I got a text from him telling me they had come in. I still hadn't given much thought to trading. After all, the '23 was paid off and I liked the idea of no payment. But.... just like my 2018 F-150 Raptor, a vehicle comes along that just calls to you. I liked the Raptor but they have their drawbacks. Sweet ride but so wide and so pricey. And, I wasn't in love with the black top. The white top over the Ruby Red body of the 60th Anniversary is nothing short of gorgeous. So I did it, and I'm glad I did.
I've done a few upgrades to make it "mine"; Weathertech mud flaps, center console storage tray, cargo mat, public service receiver and most recently, upgraded all the factory B&O speakers to a Kicker Kit from Trail Seven. The difference in sound is like night and day.
Kudos to the folks at Nemer Ford in Queensbury. BTW, the Raptor is still there as far as I know.
