Reminds me of my brothers trying to wrestle with our dad. My dad was a farmer back when horses were used more than tractors and was 5'10" of muscle. He had both teenagers (15 and 16) on the ground pinned crying "Uncle". My brothers were both in really good shape as we had chores and had to help with feeding and taking care of the cows, pigs, and horses. My dad had 5 brothers growing up.

My B&L started working there in 1986 and still works there today, he was actually hired at the end of 1985 and in (I believe) it was end of January or the first week in February the Challenger blew up with 7 crew members and I believe there was a teacher on board, but my memory isn't what it use to be, but I believe I got the info correct.
Anyhoo as things settled down, as a joke we always blamed him for the incident, he was an Electrician, however he swears he never touched the Challenger..... :LOL:
It was always a family joke.....LOL
Not to take away anything from the lives that were lost that day!
We all felt something that day!:(
You bring up old memories. Ole' @Ronbo11B4P was involved in a lot of the shuttle missions. When the 2003 Columbia reentry disaster happened, Ronbo was on the roof of the hotel where the families were sequestered. Whole building and parking lot were barricaded, and I was running the sniper team on the roof and perimeter, protecting the families from any protest or incursion, due to the Israeli astronaut on board. Sad day for everyone.
