seat belt retractor mechanism

Located lower rear door jam both side seat belt open/closing door = lock/release of seat belt. Need to replace and can not find anywhere. Keeping it original is the goal.

Please post the vehicle you are trying to fix and maybe a little more detail on the problem you are having.
