Rearview Mirror Obstructs the Visor when you try to use it

I have only had my Bronco for a little over 3 weeks and for the first time I needed to use the visor, it was hitting the mirror. Yes the mirror moved but then I had to reset my mirror. It was something weird I ran into. So I tried moving it over slightly to the right and it did move enough to avoid the visor. Maybe this happened when the vehicle was made ready or detailed before it was taken home?? I don’t know if this is an issue for anyone else or if you have even tried it but it might be worth your time to check it out. It’s an easy fix if the visor does touch the Rearview mirror.

Sorry, but I am little bit confused. How do they hold water with a roof over them? Or it is only if the roof is removed?
By the way, my sun visor didn't touch the mirror at all, without adjustments...

Oh yeah top off. We caught one of those Texas hill country spring storms 10% chance of rain. We stopped at a shop to look around and it opened up, rained for about 2 minutes but that is all it took. The Bimini kept most everything dry but there is enough gap the visors got wet. They dripped water for two days.

I didn't anticipate that my visor would touch the mirror-I guess with some play in the mirror, it could have been shifted when it was made ready for purchase, or when someone accidently adjusted it. It's nice to know if it happens, there is enough play to correct it!

That's a terrible idea, when do we start?

Easy fix... Sunglasses. 😂

Ah, you must not live in the southern part of the country. Even with sunglasses on, around sunset, I NEED that visor, and I need it to be as large as possible.

The morning sun is when it rises makes it hard to see without the visor. I was caught off guard when it moved my mirror. Not a big deal-just unexpected.
