The 1960s group "The Doors" named themselves after the phrase, "The Doors Of Perception." I thought this might be it, but researching it, I learned that Aldous Huxley had a book titled, "The Doors Of Perception," recounting his psychedelic experience(s) with mescaline. So that sounds like a better fit. Perhaps it goes the Doors ->Huxley-> Blake?

I love the Doors. It was Huxley from what I know and it seems he may have got it from Blake. Sounds right to me.
