I set up my GMRS radio for Saturday’s trails. Not 100% happy with how tall it sits. This will probably be a temporary solution until I can hard mount a Midlands base station under the dash.

Yeah, that a lot of business right there in the windscreen. I would be tempted to just set the HT in the cup holder and use it that way. A hard mounted Mobile unit will be much better.

I need a 67 designs elbow to drop it down past the dash so it sits a lot lower, but I really don’t want to invest any more into it if I’m just going to replace it all anyway.

For those with Manual, definitely upgrade to Boomba weight shift knob

Definitely worth it, drove for the last 40 mins, definitely much smoother and feels better (copied my post from the 7/7 Officially Unofficial thread)

none, but it does shift smoother and feels better

im definitely excited for their short shift kit though they’re working on, should be out this or next week

Side note, all you need is a 3mm Allen Key, a tiny flathead to pry the shift pattern off and a soft mallet or something to hammer in the new one.

So easy, your grandma, living or dead, can do it blindfolded

Installed door sill protectors on mine.

Then took a break from mine. Put wife’s winch mount, winch w/relocated control box, tow hitch and fog lights on her Bronco.

Badlands / 4-Door / Anit-Matter Blue / 2.7 / MGV / High Package / Sasquatch Package

So far I have added the Bronco all weather floor mats/trunk mats. The Ford licensed hood deflector (helps keep the bugs off that flat windshield). Para rope grab handles (Amazon) and the Ford running board steps. Just ordered some D-rings from Rough Country so we’ll see how they look.

I just ordered hood deflector this morning. After putting 2600 miles on it last week, I was amazed how many bugs get plastered on the windshield. I talked to someone at the Off-Roadeo that had one and she said it helps a lot.

Baby got a new pair of shoes today! Got a wicked deal on these 35's off of a 21 first edition with 700 miles wear. They fit great on my 21 non-sasquatch obx, only had to remove the crash bars.
