Anyone else having trouble with the Ford order tracking feature? It used to tell me something like “not ready for tracking”, but now doesn’t do anything when I click the button.

Are you using the link that Ford sent you when they notified you that your Bronco was scheduled for production? I tried it last night, rather than using the access to my Ford account on their website and it suddenly revealed my status. Then, afterwards, I tried accessing my status on the Ford website again and it showed the same thing. For the first time, it changed from unable to provide tracking information to showing my vehicle status. It was a pleasant surprise!

I tried it last night, rather than using the access to my Ford account on their website and it suddenly revealed my status. Then, afterwards, I tried accessing my status on the Ford website again and it showed the same thing. For the first time, it changed from unable to provide tracking information to showing my vehicle status. It was a pleasant surprise!

Yes, that is the link I tried. I click on “Accept & Track” and it just freezes. Oh well. Testing my patience… I need to let it go and try later! Thanks Chris

I had trouble until last night, I usually got a message that the vehicle wasn't in the system, but last night it just froze. I tried a different browser and it finally loaded

Mine did this right as it went to the factory. Nothing all day and then late afternoon into evening it was back on line and the status changed and stuff became available to track. Hopefully you are very close now!

I bet things will change again Saturday night into Sunday morning. it will show as built and will be pending shipping. When you can’t find your information and the site is being wonky, they appear to be updating your information. Looking good!
