  1. Just finished a Ford Survey that was sent to my email. 5 questions took about 20 minutes. Wished I had better reviews. Because even though I'm happy with the Bronco. Things could have been better and there is a lot of room for improvement.

It’s comical when large companies send out surveys. It’s all an illusion. Are we supposed to think that Ford cares or even really read them?. IF Every single review that Ford receives back were extremely negative. Ford wouldn’t change a damn thing.

Perhaps, but i will complete mine in hopes someone is paying attention. I assure you they will not get your feedback if you don’t share it someplace where they will see it.

Have a great day!

I hope they do read them, and someone does care about the product, brand enough to get the opportunities corrected.

I totally agree the same it’s still a joke . I’ll be happy to fill out a survey. I can let out some of my frustration, then hit the send button and laugh

As someone who works for a large company that also sends out surveys, I can almost guarantee you that someone is reading them and they are having discussions about them (as long as they aren't outliers, which I doubt they are in this situation). I'm not saying they will result in the changes you want, but they are almost certainly looked at and I wouldn't even be surprised if people have or will lose their jobs over all this (whether we hear about those changes or not).

I think that would be ideal. If Ford does take the time to send surveys they should take the time to read them. Not necessarily leading to terminations but a good round table to fix issues and figure out what needs to change to improve. Ford being a Global company, depends on contractors and their employees of whom Ford has no control over.
I give Ford a lot of leeway due to those constraints and the Pandemic and what ever else we all faced together.
I am happy with my Bronco and consider myself blessed that I have one even with glitches and all.

Nothing out of the ordinary, ( wished I would of captured more of the survey) something along the lines of what you like the most and dislike about your Bronco. And at the end .....they ask if there is anything else you would like to tell them. All the questions have an answer space for you to elaborate within a 3000 character limit.
They did ask if they could contact me later for a follow up. It will definitely be interesting if they do call.

I want to read the survey of the guy on here that was bitching about the location of the START button and the WINDOW switches. Complaining because they where in a different location than his F-150😏

Not sure about the start button. I personally like where it is. And I have wondered how hard would it be to add a second set of window switches to the doors. Something I could probably do when I get around to .... I guess. 🤣

Oh man! I DARE them to send me one.

Truck = Solid A. Would be an A+ but you gotta be joking with this stereo system. The shitty little Ford fleet transit van I drive at work has better sound.

Customer Service = -∞, F-, I’d rather have permanent diarrhea than deal with that again.

To paraphrase Clark Griswold, “I want to tell Ford what a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat-assed, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed, sack of monkey shit it is! Hallelujah! Holy shit! Where's the Tylenol?"

Finding it kind of tough to lay your arm on the Consol and work the windows 😅 Pretty sure it cuts down on about 20 or more wires running though the doors.

Considering the challenges COIVD placed on every facet of life, rolling out an entirely new vehicle model, which is incredibly challenging all on its own, any advance of the effort should be considered a success.

I doubt anyone any of us orderors/owners/reservationists had we taken on such a task as releasing the Bronco amid a worldwide pandemic would have done it any better.
I can assure you that if I had ever made the statement that Broncos will be built in order of reservation or If I had sent out an email in December of 2020 that everything is on schedule and parts are being prioritized for the Bronco release I would stick to my word. I surely would not devise an allocation plan that further screws the customer.

I agree with most of what you said, except "their employees of whom Ford has no control." If Ford doesn't address their quality issues, heads should roll.

I don’t take issue with COVID related delays. But telling a customer, after 430 days, that they are not getting their color is unacceptable under any circumstances. Changing standard items to options and not price protecting that change for carryover orders is unacceptable. I’m not mad at what they couldn’t control. I’m mad at what they could have controlled and chose not to.

Also someone here who works in management for a very large company, we do review our employees surveys and create action plans for them. Not so sure ford will do the same but here’s to hoping.

100% spot on. But FORD has screwed the pooch on few items over the course of this total intercourse. It took me 636 Days to get my BRONCO, and that sucked! Was it worth the wait yes, was it fun to wait no! Am I happy with it, most defiantly YES. When I got my survey I gave honest answers as we all should. And FORD is not alone in this ALL the manufactures are dealing with the same shit. What adds to the problems with the BRONCO is its a new model with overwhelming interest that was released in the middle of a great big plie of shit. Name another company the released an new model in the last 2.5 years that had the hype of the BRONCO. I am a ASE MASTER TECH with 45years in my field, I have picked mine over in depth it now has 6k miles done some mods and a tune. During this time I have had (0) problems. Are some going to have problems? YES like any new model some things get found after the customers take them out and get some drive time in the hands of the customers. This will never change, just be glad NASA didn't build it!
