Monitor, Radio, CarPlay Not working

Hey everyone. My monitor and CarPlay started acting up recently. CarPlay would start disconnecting and screen would sometimes go black. Today the monitor quit working. The radio does not work, phone won’t connect, backup monitor does not come on. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any suggestions?

Fred, you have every right to complain about your issues. It's ridiculous that they can't find the problem. If I were in your shoes, I would start looking into the Lemon Law in your state. You shouldn't have to put up with all your issues.

Fred, you have every right to complain about your issues. It's ridiculous that they can't find the problem. If I were in your shoes, I would start looking into the Lemon Law in your state. You shouldn't have to put up with all your issues.
Yup, already have. Waiting to hear back from Ford. They’ve requested, and I’ve provided, 2 years worth of documentation!

Here's the thing in my mind: this is a SOFTWARE ISSUE. Ford can fix this. IF they want to. The hardware; the screen is fine, the memory is fine, the wiring is fine, it's the programming. FORD can put the stereo in a test lab and recreate all these problems and fix it. They just don't want to. There is no money to be made spending time on fixing this. On trucks they already sold. So they don't care. Ford tell me I'm wrong.
Its bad enough they put a junk stereo system (good head unit, display per se) in a 50k vehicle but to cheap it out with $10 speakers made in Vietnam was bad enough. I fixed that but I can't fix poor software.

I have never had any issue with any of my Ford infotainment systems. And that is because I don’t connect my phone to any of my cars. I have nothing but problems with text messaging between IOS and Android and my guess is that it doesn’t help with the car either. Also I just don’t want my information in the system. And never connect to a rental car. All your business is left behind.
