Like the title says, I am curious about how many of you have actually received a built 2023. My 2022 is built with a possible delivery date of 12/24-12/30.

I haven't picked up mine, but supposedly I should be able to sometime next week. Ford says it will be delivered by 12/25 though I'm not holding my breath yet. That said, I went to the dealer and talked with the sales rep and while he did confirm what Ford told me, I left with more questions and doubts. So feel free to chime in and explain, especially those of you that have some good Ford knowledge lol:

The rep told me that once a vehicle arrives they have to do a PDI or pre-drive inspection. While I'm sure there are a few things they absolutely have to do before the vehicle is ready for the consumer, I had some doubts about some of the things he said. Mostly because I don't know and or never heard of. Is it true that the dealer has to update the software or something to re-enable the many features of the vehicle? I was told they come with a speed restriction among other things, supposedly as an anti-theft measure. That does sound plausible, but I don't know.

If anyone knows exactly what happens when a dealer receives a vehicle, I'm all ears. I'm mostly curious to know how much longer I'll have to wait to get the truck and if this guy is yanking my chain hahaha. Thanks for reading!

Took some quick pics at lunch. They loop over the top of the rail and have two screws holding them in place. Probably not going to take them off just now...it's freakin' cold outside.Side Step 3.jpgSide Step 2.jpgSide Step 1.jpg
Are they the same as the removable hoop steps that are available on the OBX?

Laura…
I thought the OBX came stock with a factory step???
So when ordering (to get what I’m assuming is a hoop step (detachable). Would you have to remove the factory steps… add the rails/sliders … then add the (hoop) removable steps????

According to Build & Price, you can spec the OBX w/ the removable hoop steps for $395. It deletes the step rail, adds the sliders w/ the hoop.

MY23 Bronco... Built 11/23/22, no holds... and several ETA's later... still no actual shipping.
How can Ford not have a specific schedule for putting this Bronco on a train? Why does it just sit somewhere??????

I ordered the hoop steps on my OBX. From the pictures I’ve seen, the rail that the hoop steps connects to, seems to hide the pinch welds on the underside. Can you confirm?

I got be built the week of November 21, 2022 and the received an email that my 2023 Bronco was being shipped to my Dealership between December 9 thru December 15, 2022. So time will tell, how do we really know if our Bronco's are 2023 just because it says on window sticker. Just saying.
Cause I was also bumped from a 2021 then to a 2022 and now a 2023. Hmmm.

i too am waiting from 2021, tdhen 2022, and now a 2023. Still waiting for Wildtrac ordered 8/2021

Congratulations, @Braptor Marsh! It's a BEAUTIFUL machine. I had the pleasure of test-driving one recently at the Seattle International Auto Show. What a beast! I loved it, and I'm sure you'll love yours.

I just got off the phone with rail company and mine is on an “intermediate stop” in Chattanooga, TN. Not sure what that means but I’m just happy its that much closer to Louisiana. I did the Ford chat yesterday and they told me it was on a loading dock in Michigan. So It has moved in a day! Lol.
Does anyone know if it usually sits at “intermediate stop” for a few days or is it a pretty quick process? As of yesterday my expected delivery was “by 12/29”. But if its a quick process, it may get here way sooner than that!
Between Christmas and the bad weather, not much is moving. My wife’s Christmas present started in Denver Colorado and for some reason, instead of shipping it south to Arizona, FedEx decided it was a good idea to ship it to their main hub In Tennessee first. Where it has sat for almost a week. I believe they are conspiring against us!

Bronco Badlands SASQ ETA keeps changing. 12/10-12/16, 12/16-12/22... Now 12/23 - 12/29, but no shipping has posted. Currently... not going to be here by 12/29.

I got my 2023 BRAPTOR on 12/12/22. I guess getting a '23 before 22 was even over makes up for not getting my 2021 or my 2022 at all.

Just picked mine up yesterday BaseSquatch. ordered Jan 7th 2022. I was surprised to see that Ford started putting subwoofers in the back of the base 2023's in the B&O location.
