How do you sign in to Bronco Nation?

Bit of a random thread but we're working on some security upgrades.

How do you sign in to your BN forum account: your email, or your username? (You can answer generically with which method; I don't need your email or username)

I'll be honest, I've always used my email address + password, and I do it so fast, I didn't even realize until today that username is an option. Turns out, if I read the prompt in the box, I would have known that it is.

I use both, but it depends on where I'm logging in from. I have pw saved with username combo in one device and pw saved with email combo in a different device.

I will.say starting about +/- 2 weeks ago.. If i go through Google... then click BN... it logged me out. And will not.let me in without the name/password. And It has for over 5 yrs.
if i use the BN widget... it will let me in. And stay logged in everytime.
But the first page I see is like 2 weeks old.. I have to hit see threads.. then it updates.

We could start with a knight, for sure. Might be more entertaining and less annoying than quadruple-factor authentication or whatever. Are you volunteering? You can counter my white knighting on Bronco

Thank you, everyone, for the feedback so far. I was shocked I made it six years without realizing that and don't want updates to mess with your flow because I was ignorant of a feature. Or however long we've had the new site, I guess. I don't remember what I didn't read on the old one.

I always have to refresh the homepage for some reason; it gives me old articles and threads. but not the forums page. That is always right for me.
