I tried buying Ford accessories online, no option for redeeming points, only a credit card. Ive called my dealer parts and then service department and no luck either in redeeming. I guess I need to stop by in person the old-fashioned way. Anyone figure out the best way to redeem? Thanks if you can help.

My understanding on the points is that they can only be used at the dealership - parts, merch, service. And, I haven't had any problem with them applying them, but I have gone in to purchase. I've used mine on window tinting on the front windows and then a windshield sun shade (those Bronco windshields are small!!). But, when there is a discount code on Ford accessories, you have to purchase them from the Ford website - and you can't apply your points. But, I think the purchase adds points. At least this is how things have been working out for me.

Picked up an oil filter and 7qts oil at the dealership for my 1K break-in change. Asked about using points.
Parts Guy: You'll need to take care of that with the Cashier
Cashier: You'll need to take care of that with the Parts Guy

You are 100% correct. I just went through my dealership in person and had zero issues.

Sounds like you’ve got the typical Dealership people want a paycheck but don’t want to work. There used to be a time Wayback when, if people didn’t do their job they got fired. I guess it’s like the government handing out money.

I have ordered parts and had service through the dealer with my points.

I was unable to order the Tuffy Drawer from Ford Parts with points, I paid but had a discount code.

But I also had another dealer confused how to do it when I got my daughters Maverick Mats…. So I would guess your dealer has no clue!

I actually called @Ford Motor Company and asked about using the points for online purchases since their Ford Pass welcome email implied that I could. The lady took my information and said they would look into it.
I did use some of my points at the dealership to purchase the door storage bags but couldn't use the Ford discount and the points together at dealer. Was able to use the discount online for bug shield and hitch cover with my credit card. Seems like they would somehow get it all together.

I’m not gonna put my local dealer on blast but last time I was there for a oil change, my wife saw a bronco t shirt on the rack for sale that she wanted to buy and the lady told me she didn’t know how to ring them up. I needed to come back another day to buy it. Lol. I wasn’t trying to use points. I had cash…

OK...how are these points allocated? Do you have to say nice things on BN? If so then I'm probably at -1000.

I called the dealer, ordered the rear cargo enclosure. They said if I wanted the 15% discount to print out the coupon (seemed a little ridic but 15% of $600 is like real money).
Picked it up the next day, 15% off no issues and used all my points to cut the price in half.
Staff at dealer was fantastic, super easy transaction.

I had the same problem initially but, was told that they can only be redeemed directly through your dealer. So that was how I used mine on more than one occasion without issue.

I have purchased a couple of things thru ford using my pass points. My biggest complaint is I can not take advantage of online order sales discount codes b/c Oklahoma is franchise protected. So, I can order on the phone, but lose out on the 10 or 15% discounts. I purchased mud flaps, pod lights, and a bimini top all using my points and no issue as far as using the points.
Went to parts counter, they took me to the service line, signed the paper and off I went.

Ford pass is a data mining gold mine for Ford. You buy a $50k-100k gas vehicle and they give you $200 in ford points. Big whoop!

I used mine online to reduce the cost of my 100K mile warranty through Flood Ford.
