Ford Replaced My Header Seal and Kept My Bronco for 6 Weeks… It Leaked Again the First Day Back

Looking for feedback from other Bronco owners.
My 2025 Bronco Raptor first developed a roof leak at approximately 3,000 miles. After multiple visits and video evidence, Ford eventually replaced the front header seal and kept the vehicle for approximately six weeks.
Unfortunately, the leak returned immediately after I got it back.
This short clip shows water still entering through the roof/header area and making its way into the cabin.
🎥 Short Video: A few questions for the community:
Is any water intrusion into the cabin considered normal?
Has anyone had a leak continue after a header seal replacement?
If so, what was the actual fix?
I’m currently waiting for Ford’s roof specialist to inspect it and hoping to finally get to the root cause.

Don't get to excited about the old Ford BOT. I got this notice 3 times and nothing happened. Oh, take that back, they did tell me about the number of recalls I had at that time.

Don’t do such a disservice to BOT’s. This is an actual person. They just don’t do anything for you….🤣
