What sense would it make for Ford (or any other automaker) to make a 60th just like the original? If you owned one of the first gen Bronco’s you remember how poorly they drove, how noisy they were, and on and on and on…

Were they cool amazing? YES YES YES

But it makes no sense not using the latest technological advances and development to pay homage to the original..

The Stroppe is a great example of paying homage without sacrificing current auto making thinking…

A 2 door manual transmission NA engine.Rubber floor mat vinyl interior, without all the non offroad frills better suited to mall than to the woods.

Never thought Broncos drove poorly they were far superior to the CJ in ride quality, but I still like driving my CJ.

What am I missing? Why do people continue to say this is a Wildtrak Bronco? It's definitely not.

Dang it. Stuck with my Wildtrak. . . Would love to have both the HOSS 3.0 and the stay bar disconnect. So be it.

2025 order guide shows some interesting tidbits. Base is back (yay!) but Black Diamond, Heritage Limited, Everglades and Wildtrak are gone. Black Diamond is available as a package on Big Bend. No more 2 door Big Bend or Heritage. 3 new paint colors 6 colors gone. Base headlamps gone. Hoss 3.0 optional on Badlands. Looks like a mixed bag. Stroppe Edition looks very appealing I have to say. Can't wait to see one in person.

Nicely done! Now to the over/under on delays caused by the painted hardtop......

And is it your position that a modern manual transmission with an expert driver will outpace a modern automatic?
(it seems the racing world in general would disagree with you as it moves to more automatic systems…)

There is a lot to like about a manual transmission, and from all indications the modern boxes are better than ever. However, they are not for everybody, and in fact in the US they are quickly disappearing from new vehicles…

Yep. They actually cover that. The new Mustang is a failure. Regardless of HP ratings that power isn't going anywhere. They lose to every other Ford product I've seen them lined up against. The previous gen Mach 1s,350s and Bullitts in stock form have been mopping the dragstrips with the dark horse and taking it's lunch money.

Your just a troll. The point is the ST is not faster than the Mustang, any transmission.
We don't race on the street shift times are meaningless.The manual will never get confused and last a lot longer than the slushboxes.

The racing comment is erroneous, many classes specifically prohibit automatics. Especially the SCCA class I helped write rules for. No automatics.
