Ford announces Bronco Stroppe Special Edition — replaces the Wildtrak trim

Today Ford announced the 2025 Bronco Stroppe Special Edition Bronco!!!

This special edition Bronco is a successor to the 1960s and 1970s Baja-1000 winning Broncos, originally designed by Bill Stroppe. The Bronco Stroppe Special Edition replaces the Wildtrak trim on the Bronco lineup for 2025 and is only available in 2-door configuration.

I would seriously consider this if it came in a 4-door. I appreciate the 2-door history on it, but I just can't swing 2-doors for the forseeable future.

I did like spotting the new dash in the video. Maybe a 2025 Badlands is in my future?

Yeah, as much as I adore the look of the two door, at this point in life I can’t imagine not having a four door…

I do love the paint scheme, ALOT.

Interesting that “most” Baja Broncos (1st gen) were sent to Stroppe to install power steering and auto transmissions.

Nostalgic types may pine for the MT gearbox, but even in the 70’s Bronco was moving away from them… just sayin’

I can't imagine not being able to enjoy 2 door cars like E type Jaguars, Aston Martins,Lotus, Maserati etc

Yeah, luv this Stroppe SE and if reasonably priced, would add one as a 2nd vehicle. Still gotta have a 4-door in our stable. IMO, taking away customer options isn't a great idea..

If I read the articles correctly no more stand alone WildTrak?? Love my 2022 4 dr for what I use it for.Guess Ford's "Gonna' Do What Ford's Gonna' Do".

I’m definitely leaning towards a 25 Badlands SAS with fox shocks and paint matched hardtop. I won’t be ordering it immediately, but sometime after my next Moab trip and my current Bronco turns 3 years old. Maybe have it by super cel west 2025?

2025 is the 60th anniversary so there will be an even cooler version!!!

That’s the thing about cars (boats, bikes, etc.) - they change every year so I keep buying!

Dang I do like it, love the blue top. I just need to get a second job and tell the boy he is on his own for college.
I think they missed an easy opportunity they should have put BFGs on the thing.

I don’t disagree but, in the automotive world, the enthusiasts don’t pay the bills, the masses do! (And that’s all shareholders care about!)
