NOTICE:
Some areas contain Bronco Easter Eggs that have been posted…..

Turn Around, if you don’t want them Found!!!

We all know some of the little secrets that the Bronco holds….
Most of us know where the different Easter Eggs are located throughout the Bronco, most of us know that when unlocking our Broncos and when you want to open the windows at the same time, to push the unlock button again but hold it this time for 3 to 5 seconds and it will roll all the windows down.

EDITED:
I believe you must have Mid Package or higher for the windows to roll down with key fob, not confirmed yet!!!

Another secret that probably not as many know like the windows rolling down, is when your Key Fob has a dead battery and you use your key that’s within the key fob to get inside the Bronco, “well how do you start it” simple, pull all the junk out of your center arm console and remove the rubber bottom, there you will notice an area where your Key Fob will lay inside the bottom of the console, just place your key there and your vehicle will start…..
Finally the one I discovered by accident…..
I have not seen this anywhere so far on Bronco Nation about this little discovery that I found purely by accident.
While wiping down the interior of my Bronco after a very dusty Drummond Island trip, I accidentally pushed the Volume Button on the Radio, long and behold the Radio turned on and this was without my key fob with me.
I have always during the summer went out to my Bronco for lunch to listen to the radio, I have always just pushed the start button once, turned off my lights, and left it on that way so I can listen for the half hour that it stays on.
We all know if you turn it off with the doors closed the radio will stay on (preset amount) 10 minutes and then goes out, and if your doors are open it will shut off instantly.
Now without hitting anything, other than unlocking your doors, jump in with or without the doors open and just hit the power button on the radios volume control, only the radio and the infotainment center turns on and I believe it stays on for approximately 20 minutes.
I am not sure if there’s a preset time that can be adjusted or not, I haven’t seen anything yet in the infotainment center, plus you can also turn off the infotainment screen at any time, so this will leave you with little power being consumed while your listening to the radio.
This especially works well when your significant other is being dropped off at a grocery store and you’re waiting to pick them up, you can listen to the radio for a longer set time, just by hitting the power button on the radio.
Maybe everyone knows about this, “but I didn’t, and I thought it was something worth sharing with everyone.”

Well now it’s your turn!
Has anybody else discovered anything that may, or may not be new to all of us, or even something that you haven’t seen before, but you think everyone has, so you don’t post it!!!
Because I guarantee there are some of us out there that don’t know about the couple of gems I’ve posted, and they’re just finding out about it now…..

* WARNING SPOILER ALERT *
************************************
Do Not read if you are looking for your own Easter Eggs …..
************************************

Here’s one I almost forgot about, that my son discovered when I had my top and doors off while we were on Vacation up North.
A few minutes after I had my doors off he discovered that on the little flip cover for the Electrical plug for the door, that when the cover swing’s closed that there are the words “Get Unhinged” written on the outside of it.
Located on the picture:

Almost impossible to see with the doors on since the cover swings to the opposite side of the viewing area, I suppose with a mirror it’s possible!!!

I do have one more spoiler alert for a later date, and I will let you all know that it is a “spoiler alert” so not to have anyone upset about it.
Maybe you know about it, maybe you don’t.
Just like the last one, some to most of you know about it, but some don’t…..

Have a wonderful Weekend Bronco Nation Members and Staff!!!

Another feature that most of you know, however some don’t, like one being my neighbor who I was talking to, and he was telling me that he does not have a key fob with remote start.
I said to him “even though you do not have it on your key fob, you do have remote start,” he said “how’s this possible,” and I told him just use the FordPass app and you will then have remote start.
About an hour later he calls me over, and he said he was shocked that his Bronco started with the app. even though he did not have the Mid package or higher…..
He couldn’t thank me enough that day!!!

Just another little tid-bit that you may or may not know…..

You can also automatically close all windows by pressing and holding the lock button.

I thought I tried this once and they didn’t go up, however when I get up tomorrow I will definitely give this a try.

I hope it does work, because that would be a game changer for me!!!

I appreciate it!!!

Holding the lock button on the fob to roll up the windows is a negative. Did not work for me. I had tried that before but thought I’d give it another shot. Did not work.

Same here!
That was a Negative for me also…
I’m wondering if @timhood had a Forscan done to his Bronco to roll them back up, like you said @Sam I Am 1966 we can’t roll them back up…
We tried!!!

We tried!!!

I thought I would try it again, just to make sure I’ve tried everything……

Now I have found myself with windows that won’t stay up, it’s just starting to rain now, and my windows rolled right back down, the second I rolled them back up, I can tell they are out of sink now because they won’t stay up and when they reach the bottom the window is sticking up out of the door about an inch.
Needless to say I had to do the trick where you slowly roll them up and when it gets to the top hold the window button for 5 seconds, then roll them back down and hold for 5 seconds again….
Of course they failed my first couple of times, why not it’s raining!!! 🤣🤣😆
I tried it again for the third time, and it finally worked, I don’t know why it didn’t work the first couple of times, but at least I finally got them to stay up…

I can honestly say, there is no way to bring your windows up with the key fob, unless you have used FORSCAN to do this operation and be successful….

I’ve tried everything with the Key Fob I can think of to put the windows up, and all it led to was my windows not staying up….

That happened to me recently, the window would roll almost all the way up then stop and go back down. Third time it stayed up. I blamed it on the fact that my window hadn’t been rolled up in several weeks (parked in garage) and the foam around the window had expanded and there was too much resistance for the window to close. 🤷‍♂️

However looking on my spare tire, I saw what you are talking about!!!

Discovered This Not by accident!

If anyone has a Big Bend and wants to put on a Bronco Nation Badge, then this is for you!!!

Just after I purchased my Badge at the Woodward Dream Cruise from @jparker
at a discount 😀 (that all members get) I had the big challenge on how to put this on a Big Bend, without having to remove the grill.
After a couple of days, I seemed to have found the best placement for the Badge.

First:
I went out and bought 2 lock washers for the nuts and screws that came with the badge.
(You don’t have to, I just did this for making it more secure)

What I did was the 2 pc. threaded rod that comes with your Badge, I cut about 3/8 of an inch off one end on both pieces, and then sanded the corners to delete the sharp edges, the cutting of the rods is so that it’s not to interfere with the vent louvers that are located just behind the grill.

Second:
I screwed in both threaded rod’s starting with the cut end into the Badge, make sure they are tight using your hands.
(Put the Badge where it would go and make sure the threaded rods don’t interfere with the louvers)

Very carefully put the badge where I have it (in the picture) the two rods go where the arrows are, and then put the plate on first, start putting on one washer and then the nut, then the second washer and the second nut, be very careful not to lose the washers or nuts as you use your fingers to screw them on, this would be the hardest part.

NOTE:
I put a piece of paper angled downward just behind the badge to underneath the Badge, just incase I dropped one of the washers or nuts.

Third:
Tighten the nuts with a short 8mm open end wrench, not to over tighten, just make them snug to almost tight, you don’t want to over tighten to end up breaking something.

It will however cover part of the O in the Bronco lettering on the grill…..
This was the best location I could find where the Badge stays flat and tight on the front of the grill, and the back plate is also flat against the back of the grill…….

************************************
Do Not read if you are looking for your own Easter Eggs …..
************************************

This is one of the hardest Easter Eggs to find, mostly because if you have done some off-roading or live down a dirt road, more than likely it is chewed up a little or there’s mud in the writing.
If your vehicle is over a year old doing the off-roading and dirt road drives, then more than likely you will not see this one that well.
My Bronco is almost a year old and I can not read mine at all, or I should say it’s very tough to read mine….

Anyhoo!!!

Up in the front wheel well at almost the very top of the wheel well there are the words “LIFT ME BABY” Ford did this because they figured a lot of Off-Roading Enthusiasts will lift their vehicles, and it was another Easter Egg, for Ford to hide…..
It is very hard to see it, at least it was on mine, and I haven’t done that much off-roading, at least I don’t think I have.

Pictures Below:
This is from mine…..

Edited:
I noticed mine is recessed, where the other is raised!!!
Must be different years….

This is from a new Bronco:
