Bronco yellow door sticker says doors off only OFF ROAD

We all were told if we buy a 4 dr Generation 6 Bronco the removable doors can be stored ON BOARD. No window frames make it eazy to store. This summer all Wrangler owner are driving on road on Long Island with their doors off. Al lease most! But Ford tells Bronco owners in that yellow door sticker NO!
Well that does not mean BUILT WILD, when you come up to a wrangler with their doors off and they put screw on exterior mirror to make it legal.

Why did Ford discontinue the door and roof panel retention harness tequited on page 364 of our ON BOARD owners manual?

Engineers were overruled by Ford's Product Liability lawyers and had to put that litter yellow sticker on our doors to cover their axxxx!

So let me get this straight, we take our doors off and put in $500.00 garage storage bags to drive in our driveways ( off road), but have to put the doors on when we drive on public roads at legal speed limits.When we final go back OFF ROAD we take our doors off and leave them on the breaches. Maybe to scare those Great Whites that were feeding by our South Shore beaches.

Today a Ford CRC agent said our dealer asked his rep for the harness and the rep wrote back "NOT AVAILABLE" . Were these harnesses standard equipment? 32 CRC cases and Ford say sue me!

Class action law suites are not uncommon with Ford. Years in court, then some settlement. Why did Ford represent to 190,000 reservation owners that the Bronco doors have no window frame and on 4 doors stote ON BOARD in designed cargo area, not like a wrangler.

Well my 18 year old granddaughter drives her mom's new wrangler with top down and doors off, but my Bronco is forbidden to drive on road with iys doots off.

Do you agree? Maybe your driveway is very very long, but mine is 40 feet!

Frank, you never fail to surprise me. Why are you letting Ford's lawyers dictate what you do or not do with your Bronco?
Also, there was an option to purchase the door bags so that is not an issue with Ford, that is an issue with who ever ordered the Bronco.
At some point I am sure it will be an option to purchase them separately.

That must be one powerful sticker if it's keeping you from taking your doors off on the road:ROFLMAO: I assume you also will only go right up to the speed limit and never a single MPH over because the sign told you to?

FYI legally the wrangler doors off is for "off road use only" as stated in their manual also. It's just so they can be legally covered if a state has a law that forbids door off driving on public roads.

oh for the love of pete..here, I did the legwork for you and found them online. I have no idea if any are in stock...that's up to you to find out. BTW...most states have laws about driving without doors, you'll likely find very few are enforced. Go drive without your doors...

BTW---this was all on the web and it took me literally 3 mins,..below is from Levitown Ford's website.

If your unsecured doors are in a accident on road, your FORD legal department and a judge will say "Didnt you read that little yellow sticker, when you open your drivers door" It goes bing bing! Then your insurance company will say they will not pay your claim on any damages your unsecured removable equipment may have caused ON ROAD!

Yessir, that’s the harness that holds the doors in the rear cargo area if you are driving with them stored onboard.

Go try and call Ford parts or your dealer. They will day only GARAGE DOORS BAGS are available . The internet will sell you the Brookkyn Bridge, if you let them. I found the harness for $500.00. Garage bags say not compatiable with on board bags! Read the small print the Ford lawyers put in the descriptions.

Yes my sales Robert goofed. Option for 2021 was $350 87E but he could not read either!

Yes Levittown has 2021 harness for $500.00 you forgot to open the blog. So four bags abx one 2021 retention harness will set you back $1000.00 (4+$159+$500). Go figure $350.00 option for 2021, ,however my purchase order for a 2021 Rapid Red had to be changed due to my MIC w/ two front panel bags, that on page 364 says dont use roof straps on roof bags, when storing on board two front doors, use harness( not supplied?).
If you send me check for $1000 for a 2021 Bronco Order Guide option ( dealer only order guide not buyer) I be glad to get them off internet. Levittown is only a 40 min. ride, but the listing is their wholesale warehouse. Go call the dealers store where the service the Bronco, not their internet operation in a different location for internet sales!

On mattress read the label. Once you buy it , you are permitted to remove the label,because health laws forbid a used mattress to be sold. I have one for sale, if you need a used one!

Hovever used Bronco are being sold at high markup every day. Maybe you want to remove that yellow label before you sell yours as a flip for $10,000.?

what? the stuff I posted is directly from their site...not a wholesale warehouse.

Come on, you've been ranting about these (and every other thing that's been wrong) ever since you got your Bronco (that you have yet to show us pictures of btw). Just bite the bullet, have your dealer order the webbing and the bags and be done with it already..or just buy garage bags, take the doors off, get a sunrider top incase it rains, and go enjoy your Bronco with your grandkid.
