Bronco Phone Number Not Working?

I have seen the Bronco Customer Service number, (800) 334-4375, floated around here several times. I tried calling today (to track down my actual order number not the 4 digit one). When I call it won’t ring and gives a disconnected tone. Anyone else had this issue?

I called it yesterday and got right through. Ok it was 25 minutes on hold, but I got through. Maybe they decided to disconnect it after they had to talk to me? My apologies! :LOL:

I wish they would let me use the chat function to request this so I can do it while at work. But it asks for a VIN (which I obviously don’t have)
