Didn‘t see a thread for this, thought it was a good idea. I’ll start.

In the 1980s I was a city letter carrier, and started picking up Marlboro packs from trash cans, off the sidewalk, etc. I got a ton of "Marlboro (mis)Adventure Miles" and sent it in for free stuff. Most of it was junk, but a few things were decent, such as a backpack or a neat chess set that would roll up in the fabric checkerboard. I didn't mind the Marlboro logo. I checked out the "Joe Camel" catalogue; that stuff was aimed at 15-year-olds. "Joe Camel" playing cards? Cripes!

So glad I kicked that filthy habit. I spoked 1-2 packs of Camel straights a day, more when I was a drunk.
