Had a great time at the Badlands Off-road Park in Attica, Indiana. @SlashRacer (Mike), @DigitalInBlue (John), @andrewdhahn79 (Andy) and Jeff (Allegan, MI) met there on Saturday. It was John and Andy's first time off-roading in their own Broncos. Unfortunately John and Andy didn't get to wheel together since John was there early and had to go about the time Andy and his enthusiastic crew got there. Both had the 2.3 with the 7 speed and could have shared info with each other about off-roading with a manual.
Unfortunately I am really bad about stopping and taking pictures or video so I don't have many. Mike is much better at that sort of thing so I hope he will attach what he has.
One of the goals on this trip was to scope out the park so we could bring a much larger Bronco Nation group sometime this summer/fall. I know it is quite the trip for some of you but you will have a great time guaranteed.

Looks almost exactly the same other than the line that the SAS took to avoid what appears to have been a whole/rut or something.

My fingers are crossed that all the stars align and I can get a hip replacement and still get to Indiana this year. If not this year, next year then - I will make it back to lBadlands! If you just put a 1 in front of @Ditchrunner's distance, that's all the farther I have to go.
Hi y'all, Lauri here and I am the proud owner of a MY21 Badlands, SAS, 2.7 auto, 4 door, soft top, Cactus Gray, no reservation, ordered 9/11/21, Took delivery 1/8/22!

It was the exact same line. I did it first before the others did it. There was no hole or rut on top of the hill. The difference is the clearance between SAS and non SAS.

Well, it's hard to say otherwise since you were there and I wasn't, but it seems pretty clear that his front passenger wheel drops in a hole and then his front driver wheel starts to spin. It sure seems like a different line - if you watch the sky under the chassis, it sure looks like about the same clearance. Next guy simply hits it harder from the outset but clearly also drops down into it (though hops back out).
