We haven't brought over bookmarks at this point, but we're continuing to make rolling updates. We have a thread of known issues right here, and I'm updating them as we go. We'll have another big push early next week.

I noticed that sometimes, you have to use two fingers to pinch and zoom out. It's weird because I thought most web pages quickly determine the screen boundaries and adjust accordingly.

I've seen the solid red dot on occasion as well. Sometimes, all you need to do is a refresh.

Thanks for the screenshot and details, @Bbrown728. Safari does seem to be having some issues; I'll take it to the team. Watched threads went along with bookmarks; we don't have them here at this point.

For what it’s worth, I too was having trouble with Safari. I tried the “Duck Duck Go” and “Brave” browsers and they work fine for me.

I wonder if there have been any issues using Chrome. I currently use Safari for everything. Chrome is the only other browser I've got on my devices. I am reluctant to start using a new browser unless I absolutely have to. I don't know how hard it is to migrate my multitude of bookmarks over.

I haven't been having issues with Chrome, but we don't want to make people adjust their browser patterns for us. We'll get everything working well across all the major browsers; I'm sorry they aren't all perfect with BN yet.

The funny thing is, even Ford Motor Company's own accessories website functions better on Chrome. That's why I downloaded it, just to order Ford swag. I contacted them when I was experiencing difficulty shopping on their website and they suggested I try Chrome. I did and it worked. The problem was I could add things to my shopping cart, but I couldn't "continue shopping," and if I refreshed, my cart got dumped out. The web is cray cray. 😆

I generally like the new site but wish the sizing of everything is a weee bit smaller and or have the ability for the layout to be maybe customized? I know, I know......criticism and demands from someone contributing......ZERO. 😂

Where's the facepalm or eye roll emoji?! .......again, contributing zero.😜

Same - I'm a Mac user - I do have Chrome as a backup browser to use for troublesome sites or troubleshooting purposes - but I found that the problems were consistent for me across browsers and even devices (My MacBook Pro using Safari and Chrome as well as my iPhone). I also had to delete the BN app from my phone because it was acting up since the forum transition

Alright - well, thanks for the tips - apparently images need to be less than 2.5MB (which is pretty low file size - my iPhone photos are close to 5mb). @Laura - I was able to add images using Safari after I downsized them on my computer to be under 2.5MB. Perhaps a suggestion - instead of the error saying "failed to upload" - perhaps change the text to say "Images must be smaller than 2.5MB in size" so it helps the user :)

Did a search for Wheels. Got every thread in general forum. Did search for tires. Go not found

Starting to get used to this new version. Miss the app version though. This seems to take awhile to load still, slow (compared to the “other” guys). Must say, it was the people that brought me back!

@Laura (aka Doug 😂)..... I thought I'd revive this old thread to let you know that, up until a few days ago, this site has been working pretty well once the bugs were worked out. I don't know if other's have been having these issues but I have had a couple.

- Constantly having to refresh, go out of forums, refresh again to get "Like" and "Reply" buttons to show up. This has happened on both the iPhone and laptop.

- Now, on iPhone, it won't let me click on any of the items on the menu bar, i.e. Alerts, Profile, Forums, etc. At first it quit working on the Brave browser so I switched to Safari and it worked for a short while on Safari before starting to do the same thing.

Just an FYI in case you want to pass it on. 🖐

I rarely complain, and in this case I know it will go nowhere as you have invested a lot into this platform, but I am on 5 forums and this one is by FAR the worst one (software, not people or topics). Even my local Jeep club with 80 members has a better platform. This one is very slow, hardly ever takes me back to where I was after reading a thread, and can't remember the last time I was logged in to let me know what threads have not been updated since then. I always check each forum every day, but sometimes I put off checking this one because it is so bad. My 2 cents, and that is all it is worth.

The 6g forum is so much better (again, software, not people or topics).

Still not working, on any browser, on my iPhone. Won't be using as much as I have to pull out the laptop to do so. I'll keep trying, hope they get it fixed soon. Tried it on Safari, Brave, Duck Duck Go, and FireFox. 😔

Between this and FordPass not working on new Bronco... I just need to sign off of technology for awhile 🤪

Hello @Laura! Just wanted to follow up on the issue I was having. Jason had me clear the cache (with I did in all 4 browsers!) and that seemed to do the trick. Maybe a sign that I’m spending too much time in this forum? 😆 Thanks for your help and thanks to Jason @Platform Support ! 😎👍
