My Bronco was ordered incorrectly by dealer and does not have Lux package installed. Does anyone know if that can be put in now at dealership?
I ordered the Bronco with Lux package and it was built with High Package.

There is a button between the radio dials for turning it on. I think its the center one of the 3. But.....it will only activate below a certain speed. I think its 20mph, but not sure.
Sure as shit there’s a button to the right of the volume knob. And it looks like you have to be below 5/6 MPH for it to work.

I just downgraded yesterday from Lux to High. For what Lux offers that I was really interested in was essentially the heated steering wheel and garage door opener. I was looking forward to the B&O speakers until I read so many people complaining about them, so I'll just go AM for speakers. As long as I have cruise control, I don't care if it's adaptive or not. I don't care about built in navigation since wireless CarPlay offers Apple Maps. As far as wireless charging, I don't plan on using it. I had it in my old F250 and it rarely worked. I'd rather not lose the storage space.

I really wish heating steering and garage door opener was a simple add-on, but alas it is not. Those two features just aren't worth the roughly $2k upgrade from High
I have the B&O and I love it. I'm not sure why everyone complains about it. If you lived near me I would take you for a ride and let you judge for yourself. Anyone near you with the LUX package that will let you check it out? Maybe there is a bronco club near you having a meetup you could attend and find someone who has it.

When I added the LUX package, I didn't think I would like the adaptive cruise control. Now that I have it, I will never own a vehicle without it. I don't use the lane keeping assist, but the adaptive cruise control is a must.

I like the B&O also turned it all the way up to max (30) just to see how it ran and didn’t hear any distortion or anything, nice and clean. And plenty of bass for me. I also don’t know what all the bitching is about.

Not really no. You can do some of it on your own like upgrading the speakers in the sound system, but the rest is not really feasible. Sorry.
Can anyone help determine where to find the details for the LUX PACKAGE 351A differences among the years 2021.2022.2023? The price of the LUX package has decreased so unsure of the reduced changes in equipment, where do I find?

I checked the 2021, 2022 and 2023 order guides. The LUX package are identical between the guides.

I find it interesting that lot’s of people fret about convenience/luxury option packages. Then they leave the meat and potato options off like bumpers, engines, Sasquatch, rubber interior, towing and armor off their order. Then immediately run to the after market to lift, chop, tune and re-tire them. Many warranties affected.

Over complexity and weight of these electronics is often over looked.

Mid package weight: 92 Lux weight (include mid/high)118

Maybe I am in the minority here but I really want the machine over a phone charger or a heated steering wheel…

I don't see this on the 2023 but on the 2021 for equipment 354A.
  • Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert
  • Lane-keeping system
  • Automatic high-beam control
  • Rear-view camera with backup assist grid lines
  • Connected Navigation and Information on Demand Panel (IDP)

Those are mid-package features, included in high and lux.

But those are in 20221 NOT are not included in 2023 is the point. Is there anything else not in the 2023 from 2021?

The listed 2021 mid-package items you listed are most certainly still in the 2023 mid-package. I just checked.

i did not see any of these in the 2023, where did you find them?
I went through High, Mid & Lux on the Ford website. https://www.ford.com/suvs/bronco/?gnav=header-suvs-vhp

Just go to ford.com, and build a bronco from the ground up…. The specs for each package are lined out, and high has everything mod has, plus, and lux has everything high has, plus…

i assure you lux will have everything in co-pilot360, which includes BLIS, lane keeping, auto high beams, rear view camera, and connected navigation (lux includes three years as part of the package)

The ACC is probably the biggest reason I ordered the Lux package. I’ve had the feature on several vehicles and use it daily. It’s not perfect, but it beats standard cruise control by a smile.

I honestly don't know why everyone says the speakers in the B&O system are crap. I can turn the volume up to concert level loud in my Badlands with the B&O sound system. It is crisp and clear.

Set your sound settings to SURROUND and tweak the treble, mid and bass settings.

Songs played on Pandora are not as loud as on SirusXM or ones that are downloaded to your phone.

Download this song to your phone after you've made the adjustments to your sound settings and put it on 15. At 1:03 into the song it picks up.
I don’t have my Bronco yet, but I’ve had two Expeditions with the B&O system, and it sounded great. When listening to music, I use Spotify and have it set for the highest quality. The sound is CD quality. A buddy of mine has a Lincoln Nautilus with the top of the line sound system, I think it’s by Revel. He uses Sirius that came with the car and it sounds like crap. When I connect my phone to his car and play music from Spotify, the difference is like night and day. Sirius is garbage.

Amen. We usually load up on vehicle options but not in our bronco.

Our badlands is meat and potatoes only. We focused on suspension, bumpers etc. and making it unique like you said. Its a rare driving experience behind the wheel unlike any other car I've owned. We were focused mostly on the drive, then looks and function when building our rig.

Ours is Mid Pack with Sig light option and back up cam which works good. Washout with MGV. 7MT. No front/rear park sensors in our 4WP bumpers...can't stand the beeping and dont need it either. No ACC, no heated floor mats lol etc. and we love it. Simple. Effective. Less gremlins. Less weight. Less cost. No BS. All Bronco. Plus it has more features than our old 2010 FJ MT and way more than our old 91 Renegade MT. BUT our broncos simplicity reminds us of both latter vehicles which we love because its so hard to find these days.

Dont need or want lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, heated steering wheel, heated seats, wireless charger, larger nav screen, auto high beams etc. Sounds complicated and bright at night haha. I have an Accord Touring model with all that stuff and rarely if ever use any of it. Pay attention, dress warm and plug your phone in...and you dont need any of that jazz. A couple of these options might be ok some days but 90% of the time I wouldn't use em or wish it wasn't on my bronco.

I do find it funny how conditioned we've all become to many of these onboard gems introduced the last 20 years. Some I look for too like ventilated seats which surprisingly aren't an option on bronco (unless you have a raptor). Moreso how much dealers base the value of a vehicle on something like heated seats vs upgraded suspension. Its because more folks want heated seats I suppose. Lame but ok.

I will say two options I would be happy to have on bronco and suggest getting are built in Navigation bc cell phones lose signal on trips and ACC would be nice too for long trips but is it avail on manual trans? If not then dont need it. I love to drive so ACC I'm 50/50 on but the built-in Nav is a MUST especially in a Bronco.

The OEM stereo isn't good but honestly its good enough for us. Plus my ears are sensitive now adays after playing in a band when young and from custom car stereo systems I designed in the 1990s i.e. full 100% plexiglass box with two JL 12s and all the other goodies needed for CD's to vibrate the windows to hell back in the late 90s haha.

Oh one other feature I wish our broncos had was a CD PLAYER! Lmao. True
