2024 order confirmation

It seems like some are getting email confirmation, some from the dealer. I was receiving all the notices that said we are working hard to get your order filled But not, since march. I have a vin, good enough.

My dealer did tell me that my build date, but didn't give me the VIN, I asked for it after they confirmed my build date. This was Friday, they have yet to get me the VIN almost a week later, I'm purposely not emailing the dealer to see how long this takes. However I chatted with Ford directly on Tuesday and within 10 minutes they gave me the VIN, now I can check the status and build sheet.

Should I be concerned with my dealer or just chalk it up to dealer being busy this time of year?

Ordered mine on 8/20. 4 Door Badlands Hardtop with Sasquatch, High/Lux package and MGV. Still waiting on a build date but I am hopeful it will be soon with what I have been seeing. Only received the initial confirmation email but no 45 day follow ups.

I called Ford with my dealer and order number and got my VIN. Now I am watching and watching lol.

So I posted earlier I was surprised to find the modularbumper on my build as I did not order it. I texted my salesman and asked if the package was getting the bumper included like the higher packages. They thought I wanted the bumper and added it and of course its$900 more.

Not sure what to do as he said he could cancel and reorder. Back of the line though. Just going to suck it up I guess.

If it's a 2024 model, the modular bumper comes standard now, at least on the Badlands anyway.

Nonstandard on the new base model “Big Bend”. Maybe it’s just meant to be.

I got that same email, but then I got a message from my dealer with Build date and VIN for my 2024 Bronco Raptor.

Well, I got an email. It's not the one I hoped for but it's an update nonetheless. So that's a positive.

It reads:

Just received my “update” also. Took the opportunity to provide my true feedback to Ford regarding their scheduling process.

I’m evidently one of the few remaining long-haulers. My initial order was October 2021.

Hey - at least (maybe) I’ll actually receive a new 2024 BadSquatch - with the heavier Hoss 3.0. Rewards “may” come to those with patience…

A friend of mine ordered a 2023 Bronco Badlands last year, just before the strike. It was about 3 weeks from the time of it rolled off the production line till it was on the dealer's lot. That was from MI to MN. So millage may vary.

Called Ford just to check for fun and shocked to find they had my VIN and build week of 1/15/24 with order date 8/16/23 Very surprised and we will see if it’s actually built. Also surprised to see the heavy duty modular bumper included as I thought it was not lol. Also a tuna caught near to my new local fishing hole.

I would call that a pretty good day!

Nothing out of the ordinary. Great dealer. Plenty of allocations. Must be because my last name is near the end of alphabet 🤣.

Badlands, 4 door, SAS, LUX, Leather, MIC Top, Cactus Gray.

I have an order week of 2/12 and a VIN. What are the odds this actually happens?

I just got the same email about 30 mins ago for my blend date of 1/3, my bronco is actually in final inspection now according to the module page so I'm excited.

So just an observation from the previous posts. Looks like those that ordered a MY24 in Aug and early Sept 23, had their build dates in Jan. My order was late Sept (Sept 21), and its in early Feb. (Feb 2). So if you add 4-5 months to your MY24 order, you should get an approximate build date range. Though this is just a wild ass guess.
