Hello,

I placed an order today with my dealer and I didn't get an email about the order or have it show up in my Ford account. The dealer told me that there is no way to track the status of the order and that I will just have to reach out to him monthly. This doesn't sound correct to me. From what I've read on here I should have access to some sort of tracking. Is that correct? Or is that something only for the ones that made reservations last year.

I placed my order 11/18/21 and received an email confirmation from Ford the following day.

My reservation was converted to an order May 26th 2021 and I would love to know how to track it. What's this back door order tracking I'm hearing about?

I can tell you that right now that the site is having problems right now, it has been like that since 10:00am today. You can give it a try...I would think by tomorrow they will have it up and running....
Make sure you add your Reservation number after the =
It is an 8 digit number.

It looks like they changed the layout of the page a little bit.

My order shows like this.:

When I click on view, it opens a popup telling me this even though my order says 2022 already.
