Hello,
I placed an order today with my dealer and I didn't get an email about the order or have it show up in my Ford account. The dealer told me that there is no way to track the status of the order and that I will just have to reach out to him monthly. This doesn't sound correct to me. From what I've read on here I should have access to some sort of tracking. Is that correct? Or is that something only for the ones that made reservations last year.
