I have a question about a once you receive a production date from Ford, approximately how long after that will the Bronco be assembled and shipped to your dealer? About a week to make it through production?

I was talking with my sons at the dinner table and we were trying to figure out how long it would take?

I don't think there's a specific timeframe yet due to the supply chain and transport issues. Mine had a blend date of 7/29, I didn't receive a "built" email until very early in the morning of 8/3 and a "shipped" email the following day....but mine was built the week following a 3 week plant shutdown. Once shipped, mine took 6 days to get to the railyard near me, 2 additional days to get unloaded from the railcar, then another 13 days in the holding yard before making it to my dealer, 15 miles away from the railyard.

One thing to keep in mind, the blend date is when your Bronco starts it's trip down the final assemble line. Production of sub-assemblies (engine, transmission, seat, instrument panel, all the sheet metal) usually are well in advance and all meet up just in time in final assembly.

It's an exciting time...and a great learning experience for kids to know how/where products are made and come from.

Enjoy!

My experience with a 10/24 blend date was that the tracker showed produced on 10/25 and shipped on 10/27. The tracker showed in production about 4 days before the 10/24 blend date on the window sticker.

It’s too crazy to guess. People have sooooo varied stories to tell. Could be 2-3 weeks to 2-3 months. Very inconsistent.

I received my Vin # and production was suppose to being week of Nov 14, 2022 but now it's 2 weeks later on the week of Nov 28, 2022. I am receiving a 2023. So we will see how long I am hoping in February 2023.
