Perfect family adventure! We fished at Mirror Lake at the base of the trail. Recorded catch and release 14 rainbow and brown trout. The trail took a couple hours. Bronco did great. Arrived in st.Elmo after seeing a moose and her calf.

St. Elmo is fun to visit after a trail ride in that area. Sounds like you had a fun day!

I really like this trail.

The first time I did it, I was in my 79 Bronco. The last time I was in my 21. Had a blast both times.

Your OBX looks right at home. I'm jealous of the moose spotting -- I've only seen a deer on that trail before.

We just got back from the Super Celebration, unfortunately we didnā€™t get to go on the Tin Cup trail ride. Weā€™ll be looking forward to that next year. I kept telling my wife that we should be seeing moose, Iā€™m glad you got to! We will be taking fishing gear next year as well!
