Daily Schedule: Overland Expo West

Next week, Bronco Nation will be set up at Overland Expo West, the huge show dedicated to equipment and learning for 4×4 enthusiasts. We’re excited to spend time with the community, looking at new Bronco products, hosting talks by Bronco experts, and going on trail drives to some awesome places.

Basic Info – Hours, Entry, and RSVPs

There’s still plenty of time for you to make plans to join us in Flagstaff, AZ on the Ft. Tuthill grounds. The show runs Friday, May 20 through Sunday, May 22. Friday and Saturday hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday runs 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can get tickets for the expo at www.overlandexpo.com/west. We’ll see you soon!

  1. I would absolutely love to attend. However, with no hint of when I might expect to take delivery the chances are slim.

    1. I know many of you would love to go now, but we will be doing meetups in great places continuously this year, Birkett. You join in as soon as you can, and we hope you get your Bronco soon.

  2. Where do we purchase tickets and how much are they? What is at the expo for Bronco SPORT owners?

    1. !! I hope that’s May, not April, but either way, every day is closer! Good luck in getting it quickly, Richard.

  3. I hope to be there for the Saturday Grand Canyon run. Possibly get tickets to the event for Friday as I won’t be in town until about noon Friday. Excited to see it all.

    Thrilled to be going…cant wait!!!!
I found out when I purchased my ticket that the Parking passes were SOLD OUT for Friday (not sure about sat or sun).

They to however provide a shuttle from Northern Ariizona University (3.7 miles away nerar Hwy 40)

So…. I thought it would be a good idea to provide their (EXPO) dialogue concerning this matter as they claim if you show up without a parking pass you will be directed back to the road.

Free shuttle service will be available for Day Pass ticket-holders to/from the free off-site parking at the NAU campus parking lots P62, P64, and P66. Follow signage for Overland Expo upon arrival.
Improvements: We’ve added more buses, a new bus provider and we’ve committed extra staff to organize the shuttle lots at NAU all weekend to ensure the shuttle process is running fast and smoothly.
    Shuttle Hours: Friday 7:45 am – 10 pm / Saturday 7:45 am – 10 pm / Sunday 7:45 am – 3:30 pm
Shuttle Lot P66 Address: 1701 S San Fransisco St Flagstaff, AZ 86011
    Event Hours: Friday 8 am – 5 pm / Saturday 8 am – 5 pm / Sunday 8 am – 3 pm
Please do not drive to Fort Tuthill unless you have pre-purchased an on-site parking pass – you will be turned away and asked to park at NAU to take the free shuttle service
