Pack your hiking boots and cameras; it’s nearly time for your next Bronco adventure! Bronco Nation is taking you to the Grand Canyon and Sedona during Overland Expo West on May 21 and 22.

The Experiences

These scenic drives are intended for any Bronco trim level. You’ll get to see the beauty of Arizona on all sides while enjoying the fun of traveling with Broncos in front of you and behind. We’ll spend several hours behind the wheel, stop for a great meal, and do some sightseeing and light hiking at bucket-list locations.

Anyone who loves being in a Bronco will have an awesome time on these “community field trips” –– and if you’ve got a family member or friend who has been hesitant to try off-roading in the wild, these well-organized excursions will be a perfect opportunity to introduce them to the camaraderie of Bronco events.

Here’s what to expect:

Grand Canyon (May 21 and 22)

  • 8 a.m. – Depart from Fort Tuthill. We will be staging outside the Expo.
  • 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Hike and picnic lunch at Ooh Aah Point
  • 1 – 3 p.m. – Grand Canyon Village and Visitor Center
  • 5 p.m. – Return to Fort Tuthill

Sedona (May 21 and 22)

  • 10 a.m. – Depart from Fort Tuthill. We will be staging outside the Expo.
  • 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Lunch
  • 1 – 4 p.m. – Schnebly Hill Road
  • 5 p.m. – Return to Fort Tuthill

The Details

Both experiences are open to all, whether you’re attending the Expo or not. There’s no cost to participate in the drives, but you’ll want to have lunch money and spending money for when we stop. Grand Canyon entrance fees are $35 per vehicle; we recommend you download a digital pass online beforehand. Join us for one experience or come to both! Details (including exact meetup spot) and updates will be posted in the meetup threads, so be sure to check in as the days and hours get closer.

    1. Fantastic! There are some links in the last paragraph if you want to RSVP to a ride, but you’re right, no formal registration page this time.

  1. On the Sedona runs, are we doing any other trails like Broken Arrow? Or just a drive down Schnebly Hill?
