This weekend is the peak of the Perseid meteor shower as well as a new moon, so the stargazing will be spectacular.

I'm definitely going to hit the trails this weekend, anyone wanna join?

Thinking somewhere out by Fish Lake, high altitude to get out of the heat and away from light pollution.

Y'all missed out! We ended up out in Goblin Valley and the meteor shower was phenomenal.
