After several refreshments in the pool we decided there was nothing on the official heritage limited that we had to have compared to our wanna be heritage.

I'm glad our eruption green heritage wanna be is accepted in the club

To all who have a Robin egg blue 2 door. We have a special place in our heart for you.

So if someone is looking for a heritage limited, Jones Ford in wickenburg az has one available.

For me there was no mark up over MSRP.

I mean I'm pretty much a newbie but I think you're going to have a few issues on most of the trails in Moab with that thing.😵

Yeah it might not do narrow trails.
However it's got independent electrical lockers on two axles like the bronco but it only locks the rear axles.
And it can pick up anything that gets in the way, so long as it's less than 50,000 pounds.
Some of those trails are best done with a long wheel base and she's got a 280" wheel base so that should help.
Plus it makes those 37 inch tires that everyone likes look like training wheels
I don't have to duck in when the window is down to avoid a branch from a bush, cuz it taller than most any bush.
So I'm thinking. Paint the grill white, put some red FORD letters in the grill .......

Well, there's still no RR in sight, and after a year of driving around with the lux package, I've gotten spoiled. I will be purchasing a two-door Robin's Egg Blue HLE tomorrow. Tell me I'm going to love it, as I am getting cold feet.

As you can see from my earlier posts in this thread I had the same dilemma.
I made my badlands squatch into a fake heritage. Then spent a few bucks on stuff that gave it no additional trade in value including the Ford performance rack, the dollar difference didn't make financial sense.
And it's close enough in appearance. For me it's that grill and white top.
If you can justify the price difference, get the heritage limited. If I didn't modify mine, I probably would have traded up. Remember it has the beefier steering rack that would cost you 3k to get installed.

And essentially you have created a one of a kind Limited edition..... It is fricking awesome.

I can tell you all how nice the white top is in the Arizona sun. Man am I glad it's not black.

I just love the way a heritage looks. I always gotta give it one more look.
This morning it was blocking my expedition in. So I backed it up, parked it. As I walked away, did my usual turn around and I thought that looks cool. Not the best photo. I just thought I'd share.... Heritage x 2.

FYI. The robins egg blue, two door heritage limited is still sitting front and center at Jones Ford in wickenburg.
I'm not stalking it... I dive by every day.

Yes. I picked her up yesterday! She's a beauty! Pictures are screenshots of video I took, so not the best views. But I have no doubt there will be many photoshoots in the future of my Beach Cruiser Bronco!
