Hi,

This is a photo of my Bronco. It is a 2023 2-D Badlands with a Sasquash package. Overall, I love the car. However, there are a few changes that I would like to make.

Here are the immediate stage 1 changes.

1. I would like to change the front grill from grey to black.
2. I would like to change the front BRONCO lettering from white to black.
3. I would like to change the beadlock trim ring from silver to black.
4. I would like to add the safari bar on the front modular bumper.

Here are my questions:

1. Where can I find back front grills? Does Ford sell them on their website? I wasn't able to find it.
2. Where can I find the black beadlock trim ring? Does Ford sell them?

1. Prep and paint with spray can
2. See #1
3. See #1 or plasti dip.
4. Safari bars are a matter of taste. I got one from JCR off road and like it, others are equally happy with theirs from other manufacturers...

Good morning…
one of the trims below outer banks uses the same grill as yours in black… as they are interchangeable you should be able to get from a dealership parts department (maybe black diamond.

CORRECTION—. Wildtrak and Badlands share same grill in different finishes…

You can get black rings from Ford, but most either have their greys powder coated, plastic-dipped, or painted

Depending on your budget you can get black letter overlays for cheap, or I bought Oracle black letters (with led back lighting)…

Will the lower trim grill have provisions for the camera? I ask because I honestly don't know. All great suggestions.

Here are my thoughts as I have done a few of these.

1 - as everyone else has stated, paint or find a wildtrack take off (I think they are black). It will have the same pattern as yours if you like it. the OBX one is a bit different looking.
2 - there are covers all over the internet to black these out.
3 - I did mine with powder coating - ran me about 190 for all 5. I wanted something a bit sturdier than paint.
4 - I got this as a takeoff for 100 bucks. Buying from ford is a rip off so I would advise finding a takeoff from someone.

I have a set of black rings, set of 5, from a Wildtrack just sitting in my garage...I'll trade you for the silver ones you have? I put orange rings on mine to color match the badlands orange, but I was going to use the black rings when off-road for dent/ding protection (since I'm not going to beadlock my wheels). DM me if interested.

Hey Rakkan!

I am planning on the same changes, and I agree with what others have said, Paint. The grill I think will be more difficult to R&R than to just paint it. There is a You Tube video on removing the letters so you can paint them as well. I know a guy that powder coats and I will have my bead lock rings powered coated by him. I think it will take a pile of money to replace those items instead of just painting them yourself. Good luck ! !

Thank you for the suggestions. I am currently thinking of reselling the items I want to replace but not sure where to do so to get the right value for them.
