I just sent an old fashioned letter to Ford about a month ago asking exactly about this but I haven't recieved a reply. I purchsed my 23MY in March of 24. I called Bronco-OffRoadeo and they told me I had to book by the end of the year. My wife and I both just bought new Fords, 23 Bronco and 24 F-150 (ordered Sept 23) so we are a little short on funds. We also live in Indiana. None of the previous locations were reasonable for us to attend travel wise for a long weekend. Tennesse is perfect for those of right in the middle of the country so thank you. Will I be able to get an extentision to attend until the end of 2025? We need time to plan and save. Plus I imagine it will be difficult to get into the Tennesse location for awhile..

‘23MY owners now have until June of 2025 to use their off roadeo credit.

Booked for the 7th. I'll let you know thoughts after I attend. Looking forward to increasing my off-road skills - which shouldn't be too hard for a newbee.

We went yesterday on the 1st day available! What a blast! We took their Bronco on the trail and went through all the features that make this vehicle so capable of going through some pretty tough terrain. 2022 Bronco Badlands owners.

Bummer. Had to cancel and take emergency flight home due to Hurricane Milton. I'm hoping Off Roadeo shows some compassion and extends the strict postponement and cancellation policy.

Here's the email I received when I sent in my cancellation the morning of scheduled event. It may be tough to make it back after getting slammed by a hurricane.

"YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN POSTPONED"

Hello Nicholas,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your upcoming Bronco Off-Roadeo reservation. Per your request, your reservation for Monday, October 7, 2024 in Maryville, TN has been postponed. Postponing your reservation puts it on hold and allows you to come back within 30 days to reschedule your experience.

Your deposit, reservation fee and any applicable guest or damage waiver fees will be held for your future reservation. You will be charged any relevant rescheduling fees at the time of rescheduling. Rescheduling fees will be based on postponing you reservation today, which is 0 days before your original reservation date. Please note that dates and availability by location are subject to change.

If a new reservation is not made by Wednesday, November 6, 2024, your reservation will be cancelled, and all cancellation fees will apply.

Take care of yourself and family; I saw a lady on Facebook was able work with them on getting rescheduled after getting that templated (I believe) email. I'd give them a call or send an email to [email protected].

I’m so excited for the Tennessee location! So much easier to get to for me.

I wanted to ask if anyone else is going for the November 9th? (for the Sports, since it seems they do them separate?) I figured I’d ask here rather than make a new post lol.

also, if anyone finds or knows of nearby trails to hit while I’m up there, I’d love to hear them if you’d kindly let me know! I’ve been looking on OnX and found a few, but wondering if anyone knows anywhere else. I’ll be driving my Badlands Sport up there, and with my upgraded tires I’ve got at least 9.5+ inches of ground clearance, so I’ll have some limitations, but hopefully not too much!

I look forward to hopefully meeting some of you there and hearing of any trails!

Look up Parsons Branch Rd, and Rich Mountain Rd. (Check to make sure they are open as well)
They are not necessarily "trails"... one is gravel, the other is dirt/gravel...

We attended the Oct 4th (1st day, 1st group). Wonderful staff. Some first day glitches, but the the training was invaluable. We were in the Bronco group, but saw the Sport group and were amazed! You will meet a variety of people and learn many things.

We were there and did the Off-Roadeo Saturday. It was a great time!
Rich Mountain Road is open and did not disappoint.
Parson Branch Road is still closed.
We also took to Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. This was a good one as well. Rainbow and Grotto Falls are along this and you should stop at post 15 and check the many, small falls out there on the left.
