It’s here: The fourth Bronco Off-Roadeo has been announced! Bronco is headed to the historic Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, New Hampshire.

Bronco Off-Roadeo: New Hampshire
Originally established in 1937, Gunstock became the first resort with a ski lift in the Eastern United States. Gunstock Resort has undergone many improvements the last eighty years and now boasts of year-round recreation including concerts, mountain biking, zipline tours, an aerial treetop adventure, and off-road Segway tours, to name a few.

With the addition of the Bronco Off Roadeo, the resort will now add miles of purpose-built trails, a basecamp designed for Bronco enthusiasts, and access to scenic landscape stretching for miles in every direction. Bronco owners will be treated to majestic views of soaring forested land and Lake Winnipesaukee, the state’s largest bed of water, all 90 minutes outside of Boston. Gunstock Resort also has several lodging partners close by making expanding your options with a diverse choice of accommodations accessible via their site.

As with the other three Off-Roadeo locations, attendees of New Hampshire will build their off-road resume. Professional trail guides will teach you everything you need to know to take full advantage of your Bronco. Whether you’re new to off-roading or a seasoned wheeler, you’ll find the experience unforgettable.

Owners of an all-new Bronco are invited for this once-in-a-lifetime event. The Off-Roadeo team will welcome you into the Bronco community and help you build the foundational skills to keep you enjoying the great outdoors for years to come. During your time at Off-Roadeo, not only will you become well-versed in operating your Bronco safely, but also you will understand how to best respect the environment you are on. Trail guides will teach you responsible outdoor recreation and stewardship practices, so public and private land are protected for generations to come.

Time behind the wheel will showcase the Bronco’s thrilling off-road performance, alongside more unique features like 1-Pedal Drive, 4×4 capability, and how to take full advantage of G.O.A.T. modes.

So you have to set the specific dates to see the availability. Can’t see this being worth bringing the wife for the cost of a passenger. She had little interest to begin with. Looks like it’s a me thing, lol. At least it looks like there are a couple good steak places in the area for dinner.

I REALLY want to get into this site (Boston native), but Bronco Nation is having problems verifying my vehicle, they said it's a known issue with their system and they are working on it :cry:

I have a manual transmission, but I was told they only have automatics at the off rodeos. Is it worth going still? If you are the same as me, and went to the off rodeo, tell me how it was. Signed up for the ladies event, but I’m bummed I won’t learn how to drive a manual off road.

From my experience, the guides will still call out options for people that may not have a sta-bar disconnect on their own bronco, or if you have a manual, "try this" instead. I know that's not nearly the same as actually going through the motions, but if you mention it to the guide, they will be mindful of calling out tips like that. Ladies days are awesome and so much fun, so it will be good to hear from manual owners here!

It's true, at least in NH there are no manual transmission vehicles.

That said, there are plenty of things that are taught during a typical day that would apply to either a manual or automatic transmission vehicles.

There will be some features that are used that are automatic transmission only features, but please feel free to ask the trail guide how you would do that thing in a manual transmission.

There are a lot of things to learn about driving off road that has nothing to do with the type of transmission you have. It's not uncommon for people to be initially disappointed that there aren't any manual transmission vehicles available, but by the end of the day, they are usually very happy with what they have learned, even if some of it is not applicable to their vehicle.
