Just got back from New Hampshire was a blast. Hank our trail guide was great. Glad i was in the lead Bronco because of his stories and the extra knowledge of the trails.

Awesome! Glad you had a good time.

By the way, the wheels look really good on your Bronco.

Went to Off-Roadeo NH in June and also had Hank. Great experience, great guide, and definitely made me more confident off-road

I think it's impossible to attend a Bronco Off-Roadeo and NOT have a good time! They're fun AND very educational. I just watched a YouTube video last night of the New Hampshire experience and it was pretty amazing. Numerous challenging obstacles, which the Bronco overcame with aplomb. Link below. The terrain was vastly different from the one I experienced in Moab, Utah. I wouldn't mind attending the New Hampshire Off-Roadeo if/when secondary attendance is permitted. You know, to round out my skill set. 😉

You find yourself coming East, good sir --especially with your Badlands Sas! -- you be sure to look me up. I'm finding some good historic, unmaintained roads (some flat, some hilly) and we'll go out together. Yes, the New England land(stone)scape is quite different from the West. Lots more branches to deal with. I'll take you to the Ma Bell "Jeep Eater" trail in Northampton, MA. You'll have a blast!

How's this for a summer-long cruise?
1) From Massachusetts, drive north through New Hampshire to the Connecticut Lakes (headwaters of the Connecticut River, just below the Quebec border), on as many Class VI roads as possible.
2) East-Northeasterly across Maine to New Brunswick, utilizing Maine logging and farm roads.
3) Through New Brunswick to the Confederation Bridge, miles long, which takes you to Prince Edward Island. Tour the province, then
4) The car ferry to Caribou, Nova Scotia. Tour that province. Heck, there must be some Bronco owners to show us some good roads and trails! We work our way north to
5) Cape Breton Island and the scenic Cabot Trail, and from North Sydney, ferry to Newfoundland. What to do, where do we go, there? I don't know--let's find out!
6) From Newfoundland's northern point, we take another ferry to Labrador. Not many roads there, but it's about 800 miles or more to western Labrador through Church Falls. They give you a satellite phone when you check in to start the route, and you return it at the other end (in Quebec).
7) From there, it's another 375 miles or so south to the St. Lawrence Seaway and civilization. You're still
8) A good 475 miles to northern New Hampshire.

This trip calls for roof-top tents. Bears, you know. I'd say, we start in early May and hope to finish by mid September. Any takers?

Thanks. It was a sloppy, muddy mess this past Monday... the pictures might be interesting to see.
