I just returned home to Appalachia after spending over a month in Nevada with my Bronco, my fly rod, and a good friend who flew down to Vegas from his home in Idaho. The trip was planned for quite a while - I'm a doctor and I'm required to have many hours of continuing education courses every two years, so I decided to combine continuing ed in Vegas, Bronco Off-Roadeo, and an extended adventure in my own Bronco throughout the state.

I was very happily surprised with the Off-Roadeo - it far exceeded my expectations. What a fun day! The trails were incredible, the guy doling out the advice was spot-on with everything, the food was exceptional, and Bronco in stock form was demonstrated to be far more capable than I ever anticipated. My own personal Bronco had just arrived a few weeks before the trip, and I was very glad to have it in Nevada with me - especially after having learned exactly what the Bronco can do at this event.

I want to commend Ford and their staff for providing such a great event at such a magical venue. Gifting Bronco Off-Roadeo to us is a fine demonstration of goodwill from Ford toward their customers, and my loyalty to Ford grew exponentially as a result. I hope the event continues indefinitely. Assuming capacity allows, I think it might be a smart marketing decision for Ford to open Bronco Off-Roadeo to the general public at a hefty price tag, with a refund upon purchasing a Bronco.

That's great you could pair some Bronco fun with the work trip and that you had a good time. How was the fishing?

It was good in a few places, but many of the mountain streams I wanted to fish were raging torrents due to extra-heavy snowpack. I believe I may have to make a return trip this fall.

I have not done the off-rodeo. But I've good things. And some say NV is a good location.
Agree 100% with you that Ford made a very capable off-road vehicle!
