Any idea of how many people might be there? Just curious on what to expect. I am totally new to off-roading so hope I don't make a fool of myself. I own a Badlands Sasquatch so I hope I can get one of those at the event to match what I have. If not, oh well.
Weather looks to be good in Las Vegas that day. 79 and sunny. I'm sure it will be different at the event site.
Great question -- you're usually in a group of a few up to 15. You don't need to come into the day knowing a single thing about off-roading OR even the Bronco off-road. They will give you a radio in your vehicle, and the guides call out how to get in the recommended mode or setup. The day gets more technical as you go, but you'll be ready for it when it comes. The guides will spot you through an obstacle, and no matter how much experience anyone has before, you're all seeing these trails for the first time together. It makes for a really fun time where the group can get pretty close-knit, and you're all rooting each other on and enjoying it.
There are a lot of Badlands with Sas, so you should be in great shape to get one. And yes, always a little cooler on the site, so pack a jacket or hoodie for when you're stopped at meals or standing up on one of the higher trails!
